Stayed for 3 nights on a friend's recommendation. Searching for hotel/motel accommodation but this place didn't show up. The cabins are fantastic with large lounge dining area, big tv, full size stainless fridge, oven,microwave and stove top. Plenty of utensils. Seperate toilet, bathroom large with good storage as was bedroom. Deck out front overlooking immaculate lawned caravan park. Close to town and servo with small shop. Hosts very nice. All round excellent facilities made for a wonderful weekend in the lovely town.

This is a small caravan park with limited sites and cabins but it’s really nice. We stayed a couple of nights on a powered site which was well grassed and of a respectable size. The amenities block is spotless and like new, apparently having been renovated in recent times. There is a huge camp kitchen with every need, a communal fire pit and a small seasonal swimming pool. The grounds are very well maintained and presentable. The lady at reception was quite pleasant on taking our phone booking and when checking in.

This is a great caravan park. We stayed mid week in a van on a powered site. We did not use the available site ensuite. It is a well maintained park with very nicely grassed flat sites. Undercover parking as well as site ensuites are available. There is a pool, playground and camp kitchen that all looked well maintained and very good. We didnt need to use any of these. The shared toilet and shower block were modernised and clean, hot water was plentiful. Its beside one of the main roads but it was still very quiet in the early morning and at night. Its a little on the edge or town but walkable distance to the shops.

Loved this well maintained and conveniently designed CP. Having carports at each site is absolutely amazing, and so handy. Their fully equipped kitchen with tables and plenty of seating, and a couch area too. The TV is adjustable to face either end of the room too. The staff are friendly and approachable, Tammie is very understanding and accommodating. I would and will recommend to all I know visiting the area. The only downsides were the disability amenities being locked due to COVID, the electronic lock on the female toilets broke and wasn't repaired while we were there and the pool's floor needs fixing as my girls said there were "scratchy bits" on it.

Just spent 5 nights in a cabin at Western Gums & we were told that the cabins are around 5years old which really surprised us as our cabin looked quite new. Very comfortable & roomy air conditioned plus ceiling fan living area, separate toilet & bathroom. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan & the bed is very comfortable, the second bedroom has 4 single bunks & each has a window which allows great airflow. The cabins are at the back of the park & lovely & quiet There is also a table & chairs on the deck. We spoke to others who were in their own vans & who were very impressed with the facilities & the undercover parking which kept their vehicles cool. The park is also pet friendly.

This caravan park is well maintained and the managers Tammie & Craig are extremely friendly & hospitable. We stayed for 2 weeks on a very spacious en suite powered site that also had under cover parking for your vehicle and all of the amenities in the park were immaculately clean. Highly recommend this park if you are wanting to stay in Kyabram area.

This park was immaculately clean on arrival. There were no cob webs, hidden dirt or dust on fans and I am fussy so checked closely. The managers were welcoming and friendly answering my numerous questions about what to do and where to eat in Kyabram. I’d like to see more in the park for young kids to do so would recommend families pack lots of games and activities. However the nearby attractions such as the fauna park and patting the goats made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again.
