This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was ideally located in Kuwait, a short ten minute drive to Mubarkiya and 20 minutes to Salmiya. The one bedroom was big and suitable for family of two adults and two kids. There's also a living room and mini kitchenette which was well equipped as well as a washing machine. It's also connected to a mall which we saw on our last day. You also get free parking. Just make sure to inform the reception that you wish your room to be cleaned. Hope to visit again.

The entire hotel group is globally poor I sent an urgent email due to the poor treatment and lack of quality service and when the response was delayed for 3 days I called customer service in America 🇺🇸 and they explained that I would not expect a response before a working week from the date of sending the message

I had the most amazing short stay. Wonderful team. I could recall the lady that checked me in but the next day..I had trouble locating the office I was due to have a meeting. Charm at front desk was so helpful. She called my host as well as checked in on me an hour later to see if I made it! Excellent customer service. They provide complimentary pick up and drop off service..both ways were great. I had an amazing life conversation with Kaiyum Rahman . Nice swimming pool!

I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your team. Rittika, in particular, stood out for her exceptional kindness and efficiency in assisting with my requests. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to their work. Additionally, I must commend the entire staff, from the security team to the porters, for their exemplary service throughout my stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests like myself did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the rooms were impeccable—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. Parking was actually easy despite previous reviews mention otherwise. I would just suggest to the property to give specific access info to that before their arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.

It was a wonderful experience.. I will come again in future.. I want to thank specially Ms Amy.. she is as cery kind and welcoming us everytime we see her.. if we are going to come again we will come because of the deal we got from her.. the hotel also was unique and it is in a perfect place.. thank you very much for everything.. I advice any tourist to not miss staying in this hotel

In this hotel, I had an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived until I left, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and highly professional, demonstrating a complete understanding of guests' needs. Amy Rose, the staff member who checked me in, provided a warm welcome. She explained all the details about the hotel and the available services, showing genuine concern for my comfort and being ready to address all my inquiries. Throughout my stay, I observed the dedication of the staff in meeting guests' needs. They efficiently handled any requests and were always ready to assist, with a constant smile adding a positive touch to my experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all amenities readily available. The facilities were well-maintained, and the restaurant service was also excellent. In summary, it is a hotel deserving of appreciation, and I highly recommend it to those seeking an outstanding stay with exceptional service.

Our stay was extended and we were completely comfortable with that. The staff is extremely reliable, responsive, and kind. I was able to meet almost everyone and they all play a massive part in the hotel running so efficiently. The cleaning staff was excellent as well, there was never a day that they missed and they would not disturb if you needed privacy. They also remembered my requests and accommodated for that without me needing to ask twice. Without their staff, it wouldn’t have been such a relaxing and fresh place to stay. Big thanks to Prince & Amy for making this place a safe home for the 2 week stay!

بصراحه احلى وانظف فندق بالنسبه لي ف الكويت من ناحية الخدمه والنظافه وكل شي وبعد قريب من اماكن التسوق وهو لاصق في مول العاصمه وأنا اول مافتح2023 سكنت فيه خذت الشقه غرفتين وصاله كانت روعه وشرحه ونظيفه والسنه هاي 2024 خذت شقه غرفه وصاله وكذالك كانت ممتازه وشكر خاص للأخت Amy ماقصرت في كل شي من ناحية الحجوزات وسرعة الرد وانصح الجميع ف هالفندق المناسب للعايلات
