Very big clean hotel with Very small n very old rooms Rooms need renovation They dont have any sea view rooms available U have to walk for 5-10 mins to reach to beach from room Maximum 4-5000 is ok but 7-8000 is so much price compared to condition of hotel Breakfast time till 9:30 am so on vacation also u have to wakeup early or u have to skip complementary breakfast Big Swimming pool is there Gamezon is chargeable

Very poor service. Property requires maintenance. It is huge spread property and they do not have any golf cart or any facility to move to room. Guest needs to walk from reception area to room. One will get lot of perspiration if u go in summer. Reception area is very basic. Open reception area so if u go in summer prepare ur self because staff is very slow and you have to wait. In room they will give u only towels , no hand towel. Very basic things are also missing. Overall very bad experience

The worst place. Worst rooms. Worst food. Worst staff, especially Jayesh sanghvi.Dont waste money. We have visited so many resorts across India but this Serena was worst overall. They serve bogus and tasteless food, rooms were very dirty, don't go there.

All indoor games not free and free games are broken. So not enjoyed at all. Expensive resort due to limited facilities available. Service water quality is poor. Any one book resorts due to games and all other facilities to utilize their vacation. Mrp 20 rs. Drinking water is sold at 60 rs price.

The worst place,worst staff ,worst rooms and worst food and they charge so much for all these,pls dont waste your money. I have visited so many resorts across India and i have got proper service but with Serena resort I am totally dissatisfied ,I will never go there again

We paid 1800 rupees for a day pass to access the facilities. It was explained that this includes use of the shower with shower gel, pool and food. We paid this for 9 of us. When we got to the pool every single lounger was hogged with peoples things and bags many people drying their underwear on there. We asked for towels but the member of staff did not understand and walked off. We asked about the loungers again no response. The pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing and usable. The showers and changing need a lot of attention, they need a very very deep clean, there were no toiletries, no hot water and literally a dribble of water coming out. The true gem is the restaurant the food and service was excellent. They accommodated special dietary requirements too. Was some of the most delicious food we had in India. The grounds and decor are beautiful too. With some tweaks this place could be superb. Paying that much per head just to eat at the restaurant but not be able to shower, sit down or relax or use the pool was slightly obscene.

Location is good and food is average and amenities are limited and even pool is also not private, this is common for all including those who are not staying in this resort and overall this is too expensive if you are staying here
