The lobby is beautiful with a coffee machine provided..the bedroom so-so. The comforter got stains. And they forgot to put the soap, shampoo and body gel but quickly settled after we called the receptionist.. no toothbrush was provided shockingly..I think it's essential in a hotel room, don't you think so? Anyway, hopefully there is improvement in the new year.

walkin price around 198++ for a small room, iron isn't provided in the room, no room for dining, thus need to breakfast in our room even the food is provided, there's room to pray. aircon is well functioned. parking is limited. Somehow it was a nice stay after all.

Check in was fast but need to pay deposit only in cash. Breakfast was provided, but only to go (pack). It came a bit late & i missed breakfast during my stay as i had to leave for work by 7am. The room was ok & clean. Tv was provided but most channels were not clear. Wifi was also provided but the hotel uses quota system, so i had to switch passwords many times if other users already logged on and the quota has been met. A bit troublesome. I love it that the hotel provides running coffee at the lobby and the lobby design is neat. The location is also great as it is located at the heart of Tanah Merah. Check out was a breeze.

Location strategic, service was excellent and room was clean. Except the toilet needs to be clean properly. There's pee stain on the toilet we had to clean ourselves.

this is my 2nd time stay in humaira..easy parking on weekend..but weekdays u have to use parking coupon..fast and easier check in.. strategic location... easy excess.. lots of shops nearby overall easy n comfort
