Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Convenient to the Centre of yukatake, lots of restaurants nearby. There is 2 other sister hotel that you can freely to enjoy the Onsen.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during breakfast at your hotel on January 16, 2025. The breakfast hours were from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, and while I was finishing my meal just a few minutes past 9:00 AM, the restaurant manager came to my table and abruptly told me to stop eating and leave the restaurant immediately. This behavior was shocking and unacceptable. As a hotel guest, I expected at least the courtesy to finish the food already on my table. There was no prior warning that the restaurant was closing soon, which is standard practice at any decent hotel. Most establishments inform guests that the buffet or service is ending but still allow them to finish their meal without feeling rushed or humiliated. It is understandable to adhere to operational timings, but the way this situation was handled lacked basic hospitality and respect. The treatment I received felt more like I was in an institution than a hotel. The hospitality industry is built on creating positive guest experiences, and this was far from it. I strongly urge the hotel management to address the inappropriate actions of the restaurant manager and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Guests should be treated with respect and courtesy, even when enforcing policies. This incident has left me with one of the worst impressions of a hotel in all my years of traveling in Japan and worldwide. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and works on improving staff training, especially in guest relations.

If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. I highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, the instruments and rooms are outdated, and the important *not traditional Japanses style and not western style* The people barely speak English is fine, we'll respect that. But the expense is too high for everything. 1 room 529 usd per night. I must say the attitude of people are good as normal Japanese people.

Nice view at the window. Near the onsen just walking distance. Delicious food breakfast and dinner. Staff are also nice.

The hotel is kind of old and not very clean, especially the onsen, not clean with mold. Location is perfect and staff very helpful.

房間很大,很乾凈整潔,服務很好,温泉酒店該有的設施大東館都有,衹有酒店有些年份了,有的設備不是近年的,但性價比高,有的房型可直接看到湯畑。前台工作人員熱情、耐心服務於語言不通的遊客,用翻譯軟件詳細介紹入住酒店後的須知和住客可享受的服務。酒店有接駁車,在長途巴士站和停車場接送客人來回,酒店距離大巴站步行5分鐘可達。衹住了一晚,因為小鎮上特色餐飲很多,訂房沒含餐,酒店還有的更多服務、餐食沒體驗到。大東館地理位置優越,就在湯細中心位置。草源温泉不愧為日本温泉的No.1,從觀景、品嚐當地美食,享受泡湯到觀看特色表演這些方面都讓遊客心情愉悦、流連忘返。

草津温泉大東館位於温泉的中心區域出門即是湯畑温泉。賓館離巴士總站很近歩行約5分鐘左右即到。小鏌的温泉饅頭很棒,值得品嚐。賓館有點年代感但是地方位置絕佳。

酒店服務台禮貌友善, 其他房間餐廳的員工 亦有禮貌, 主動協助, 自助早餐食物還可以, 晚餐自助餐就是畀早餐加多一些食物, 晚餐$4950 Yen一餐, 在裏進食的環,境似員工飯堂, 擺放食物的餐枱 沒有鋪枱布 見到一些很殘舊的枱腳台版, 以這座建築物那麼多的房間溫泉算是細的, 他有一間附屬酒店在山上, 我們可以有限度的時間享用山上的溫泉, 有車接送, 酒店與巴士總站的步行路程約15分鐘, 相當斜上落, 酒店附近很熱鬧 及 有便利店 這個是優點!

因為是舊飯店,所以設施跟房間都比較久,但是房間空間很大,而且雖然舊,但是衛生無可挑剔,負責晚餐和早餐雖然不是非常多樣但是很美味,溫泉雖然環境不是很大,但是很足夠了而且也很乾淨,而且位置絕佳一出來就是湯畑

쿠사츠온천 버스정류장에서 5분정도 걸어가면 쿠사츠온천 메인스트리트 유바타케가 보이고 그 유바타케 바로 뒷편에 위치한 온천여관입니다. 시설은 꽤 오래돼보이는 느낌이 나지만 내부는 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있습니다 건물내부 온천은 1층에 위치해있는데 내부가 좀 좁은 느낌이 없지않아 있는데 제가 들어갔을때는 이용객이 많지 않아서 불편한점은 없었음 온천주변은 경치가 좋아서 괜찮은데 주변 이자카야 서비스가 형편없이 나빠서 이곳 이자카야는 안가는것을 추천
