Our overnight stay at this hotel in Kusatsu was simply the best we've experienced in Japan. We arrived a bit early and we were allowed to check in before 3 as there was a room available. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious, complete with all the amenities we needed. Although the shower was located downstairs in the private onsen, it was never crowded, and I had the onsen all to myself. The hotel also provided us with yukatas, adding a lovely traditional touch to our stay. Breakfast was served in our room in the morning, and the staff graciously accommodated our request to change the breakfast time, as we wanted to visit an onsen that opened at 9 AM. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we slept like babies that night. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to Kusatsu. とても良い所でした、有難う 😊❤️

Excellent location and great service. We were welcomed with tea and local cake. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing onsen bath available.

The room is small but it’s clean. I like the ambiance of the place. They should have place some extra towels in the room.

Very nice small hotel just a cross street from bus terminal and only a few minute walk to the tourist center. It's worth of money for this hotel.

地理位置優越，就在巴士總站對面，羅森樓上，到湯佃步行3分鐘左右。有温泉，24小時可以泡。早餐送到房間，可以選擇送餐時間。

湯畑まで徒歩6分、バス停はホテルの向かい側、階下はローソンコンビニという立地はとても良いです。朝食はとても美味しかったです。

Отличное местоположение прям рядом с автобусной станцией, в этом же здании есть магазин. при этом вход скрыт в переулке и сохраняется уединение. На ресепшене встретила приятная приветливая девушка, принести в номер чай. предоставляют юаката и очень красивые хаори. Отличный завтрак приносят в номер, все очень вкусно. Онсен небольшой, но и номеров в отеле немного, мы были вдвоем и ни с кем из других постояльцев даже не пересеклись в онсене. Все было чудесно.

酒店位置很好，交通方便。樓下就是便利店，亦有一家很好味的食店（天丼）。酒店很細，只有七間客房，最差是房內有洗手間但沒有浴室，沖涼要拿衣服到酒店公共浴場沖涼，冇升降機亦是最大問題，牆的隔音很差。基本上整體不錯，服務員很好很有禮貌。

環境舒適，早餐很不錯，旅館很乾凈，就在汽車站旁邊，交通方便，價格划算，前面就是羅森，草津六點之後基本沒有什麼吃飯的店了，有羅森就很方便

酒店服務員超好有禮貌，早餐預約時間非常準時，食物每早都不同，每日都是西式早餐不是日式，攞設好有心思不求其，尤其是皮麥麪包🍞款式有二三隻，每種都超級好食，房間設施都不錯房超大，乾淨企理，唯一一個缺點是要落樓下浴場沖涼，房間不設浴室只係有廁所設施，返東京或其他地方都方便，長途巴士總站就係隔離，行路不用3分鐘，酒店樓下有間LAWSON，酒店隔離有間拉麵店，價錢不貴，如果行去其他食肆，有都係5、6分鐘左右，有西式丶日式、燒肉、漢堡包店、可以去體驗一下

位置十分近巴士總站，樓下有Lawson 便利店，行去湯畑都係6-7分鐘步程好方便！房間空間寬敞舒適，衛生整潔！
