Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kusadasi

My partner and I stayed here from 01/10-08/10. Overall the resort is good, however after travelling to many hotels I would not say this is 5 star standard. The resort itself is quite small. We thought coming out of the holidays it would be quieter with children, however there was still many children here. Upon arrival we had an issue with our balcony door, we were told 4 times by reception someone was coming, in the end we waited over 4 hours. We were tired and hungry and did not appreciate this service, you do not expect this from a 5 star hotel. Eventually they bodged the door and it was ok but not fixed as such. I complained to the guest relations and managed to get an extra A- La Carte for the inconvenience, however the reception staff were unapologetic. It was frustrating the hotel did not take the matter serious. The weather was nice and warm in the day around 25-28 degrees but it is chilly in some evenings. Food was not the best, the main restaurant did not have a great choice and it was repetitive. Food was only warm and not the best. A lot of pastries and bread. The A-La-Cartes however were lovely and the service was excellent. Drinks: the cocktails really varied dependant on the person who made them. I would recommend the relax bar for lunch, you order off a menu and it has a nice selection. The table service for drinks was often forgotten though. The patisserie was lovely. The cocktails are syrup and not frozen, however if made right weren’t too bad. The slush by the pool at the London bar was nice. The pools were cold at this time of year, however the indoor pool was slightly warmer but over run with unattended children splashing. It could do with timed sessions. The adults only pool was lovely and relaxing compared with the normal pool. The room apart from the balcony door was great. The minibar is stocked once free of charge. Cleaners didn’t change our bedsheets throughout our stay though. Entertainment was on very late in the evening and only lasted around 30-40 minutes. It could do with being earlier. Some nights they had a singer at the London bar which was great, however this wasn’t very well advertised and was sporadic. Entertainment team ran good activities in the day and were friendly. Be warned there are lots of cats around you when eating. Overall the hotel is good but I have had better for 5 stars and even from 4 stars.

This is our second trip here so had high expectations, let's just say they were not met. First the positives.. The hotel is in a good location. First few days before they closed everything were great. We had open bars, restaurants, snack bars, coffee shops. Entertainment was great. Big shout out to Baby (real name Kareem) Joseph and Zei. Lovely guys. Staff were accommodating. Now the bad points. Dont take room 1313 it smells awful. We have complained 3 times. In fact any room on the far right of the hotel once the air con is turned off is awful. It's too hot and you cannot sleep with the doors open to outside as its too noisy from the fans, generators, kitchen, and bar stock area. Awful. They either need to stop the noise or turn on the air con. Since they started to wind down there are no al a carte restaurants, not even an ice cream or a croissant at breakfast really poor. Yesterday we were joined by what seems like 200 ferral children for a football tourment. There was football in reception, in the rooms, corridors on balconys until 2.45am. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the kids left to run wild. No adult supervision. I tried to explain to the hotel guests relationship manager that when they knew they had this happening why did they not plan to put the kids together in a room for dinner, put their rooms in a block together and plan accordingly. I was told they are paying guests so they can do as they please, they seemed to think that it was OK to play football in the reception area of a 5 start hotel. Not sure we will return, if we do it would be back to the suite rooms and before 31 October when their season ends.

We had a lovely holiday at the Ramada. Me and my husband came with our almost 3 year old and there was so much to do. I think older kids would definitely get so much out of it that you wouldn't have to leave the hotel at all if you didn't want to! I think people are being overly fussy with their reviews and people complaining about choice of food mean 'British' food as there's a lot of Turkish cuisine. No bacon or sausages obviously. Positives - Our family suite was spacious and a view of the relax pool. Breakfast has the fluffiest pancakes and yummiest croissants I've ever had. Evening entertainment was brilliant, the fire show and acrobatic show. The Turkish evening on the Friday on the restaurant was incredible, the meat on the outside BBQ was delicious, my husband still goes on about that food. The shuttle to the beach was 5 mins and the beach was nice and quiet. Sea was warm and they have snacks and food as part of your all inclusive, so no need to spend money on a beach day. Sunbeds were comfy and enough ( we went 21st October) Turkish A la carte restaurant was amazing. The staff were beyond brilliant and the food was so good. Walk down to the marina is lovely, we did this about 5pm and caught the sunset then got a taxi back for 200tl Kids team were great, my boy had his face painted every day. Patisserie bar open with ice cream and puddings 11-11 and they do waffles 2-3 every day. Foam party 3pm on Wednesday was super fun! Negatives - Pools were freezing, I didn't go in once. A shame as the pools are huge and clean. We used the indoor pool but it could get busy and lots of kids jumping around. Walls very thin, we could hear a lot of our neighbours. Restaurant staff weren't great, I think we had to ask for our drinks and tables to be cleared nearly every night. There were flies around but that's the location just be vigilant. The beach is rocky as you go into the sea bur once in is fine. It's not a 5 star but Jet2 don't advertise it as that. Different countries have their own star system so in Turkey it might be considered 5 star. We had a lovely holiday with memories to last forever. Would recommend to families with kids who like waterslides but maybe go a bit earlier on the year when pools aren't so cold.

This is an amazing hotel. Food is amazing, atmosphere is great. There is so many food options. Will cater to all needs. We had all inclusive and felt spoilt for choice when here. Snack bar is amazing. They are great crack. I really liked the entertainment staff in particular Zei and Emery. They were both fully energetic and accommodating to everyone and really made it their business that everyone had a great time while on holidays. We had a Turkish bath in the massage area. Amazing. Highly recommend when here Make sure you get a sea view when here as views can be very bad otherwise. I would recommend several things thou : 1- There should be more live music for the older crowd. Just to sit down and sing along while the kids are off 2- The 24/7 bar should closer earlier. It gives people an excuse to keep drinking while there and leads to arguments which one escalated when we were there and we could here it from our room 3 floors up. 3- The wifi is good but dips a lot in areas throughout the hotel. 4- Toilets are so far away and it's be great if they were closer to the respective bars.

Stayed at this resort for a week in August with my 2 boys aged 15 & 16, and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a family suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a massive balcony and a lounge/kitchenette with washing machine. There are lots of food / beverage outlets we loved the 16+ restaurant and also as party of the ultra all inclusive package you get one night a la carte - we chose the Italian restaurant which was fabulous with a sea view. Sunsets from the hotel are stunning. Drinks are great including cocktails, not watered down and even the wine is nice, which is not always the case in All Inclusive. Emre and his entertainment team are amazing with activities around the pool all day 10-12.30 and 15.00-17.00 and then normally 2 lots of entertainment in the evening also. Food was plentiful and loads of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 24 hour bar close to reception really nice with terrace and lovely comfy sofas inside. We booked the Adreniline water sports, the photo shoot and the Hammam Spa all onsite which were great. Free shuttle bus to the beach running on the hour and taxi’s right outside which we took to Ephesus and the town. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, and would love to return, thank you

i visited this hotel in march 2025, the hotel was very clean and all the staff were catering and friendly. it was absolutely beautiful, the location is amazing, the scenery is beautiful, their is a lot to do in the hotel, their is a spa, indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, a water park and tennis court, and their is shops in walking distance. The entertainers, Emir and Coco were fantastic and very friendly.
