Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel.

Coffee shop service is excellent! Only 1 lift is working and I stay on 17 floor! Rooftop bar and dining is close, aircon is running half speed throughout the hotel..

My stay at the Aston Hotel was excellent. The room was immaculate with a wonderful sea view. The amenities the hotel offers were to my liking. Most of all I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, at the reception, the driver with a special mention for doorman Pak Ronaldo.

Good location easy to go around, room is clean, amenities up to the standard, breakfast has good selection and the outdoor restaurant terrace has a really good sea view, recommended for business or leisure travelers

Location is on point. Room is comfy. But the elevator was too slow, they have 3 elevator cars but only operates 2, hence a lot of people waiting especially dyring breakfast rush hour. Also the breakfast menu was not so good. A lot of variety but tasted mediocre.
