The room is beautiful as the pictures and the location is super good. The service and the staff is excellent. I liked the free snacks and drinks too.
But I don’t understand the toilet without door. I mean, open shower for couples would be ok, but to poo without door is not something I’ve seen anywhere else, but if you are ok with that, then it’s a perfect place!

Prime location, food and dining options aplenty nearby. Staff are prompt and helpful and you can easily contact them via wechat. There is afternoon tea and night drink (non alcohol) as well. The room is the highlight of the place. Stylish and cosy. I enjoy lounging in the balcony in the morning where its quiet and cooling (even in summer). I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Kunming.

This is the best hotel of our Yunnan trip in terms of services and location. Located close to Kunming old street, the malls and eateries. 5 min walk. And the night market with local handicrafts which was a joy to shop and see is right outside the hotel. The whole ambience of this hotel vicinity is very chill vibe. Complimentary coffee /drink and night desserts every day were the highlights as the coffee were good quality. The young staff was friendly and even helped us to arrange transport to the airport and gave rose petal pastries which was a very thoughtful gesture as farewell gift. The only minor downside is the karaoke opposite can be noisy on certain nights but they have provided ear plugs.

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at the Art Me and would really recommend it.
Positives:
- we have foreign passports and it was no problem
- the room was beautiful and very cozy (absolutely worth the price)
- the location is great and very central
- the staff was very friendly
- there is a bar downstairs
We would come back again!

Super nice. Very good location. Staff were helpful. They provided a snack at night. Street noises can be a little loud at night, but the noise ends early. Lovely hotel. I would stay there again.

In a great location right next to the heart of the pedestrian walking area, and next to some good restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel room itself was very clean and quite quirky with a nice view out to a tree. Not many hotel amenities, though there is a nice bar / coffee spot on ground floor, and you don’t really need because of the location. And the service was great - I left my hat in the room and the staff shipped it back to my house. Above and beyond! Very appreciative for their help!!
