Very comfortable stay, has good amenities and clean all around. Room toilet has good shower and proper doors, and there is a tap on the sink that flows natural hit spring water. It is not for consumption but I guess you can use it for soaking in minerals. The breakfast was good with a wide spread of selection. Through out our stay you can tell the management is doing its work, we encountered their inspection rounds a few times, proving that they are constantly upgrading. Location is right beside 星曜广场which has a supermarket and shopping area. Theres also a convenience store right beside the entrance of the hotel.

Very Nice Facility and they non chinese people friendly. You can play mini golf and don't worry, they will show you how to play and the technique for beginners.

Excellent location, great price, clean and upscale interior and pleasant staff. The check in and check out was seamless. Great amenities as well.

Hotel location is ok, and location is ok, room is big but design is bad. Buzzing noise the whole night from inside the wall. Lift was not in good shape. Will not stay here again

The hotel staff were very helpful and we were upgraded to a suite. My daughters loved the pool and the hotel staff gave us free entry. The breakfast was Chinese style with many options. There was a spa but no hot springs in the hotel. The location was excellent and only a short walk from the train station and close to many food options.

酒店在官渡區，離省博物館比較近。親子房，有小朋友喜歡的各種主題，小姑娘選的冰雪奇緣，有一個小帳篷。房內兩張大床，閣樓一間榻榻米床，適合親子出行。送的水樂園票用了，恆温水池小朋友很喜歡。晚上接待的小姐姐姓段，熱情周到 又續訂一晚，攜程的房間價格為啥比別的平台貴。如果廊道鋪上地毯可能上下樓隔音會更好

酒店很大，房間很大，還有個小閣樓，睡兩個小朋友都可以。酒店周圍方便，地鐵走六七分鐘，餐館多如牛毛，離雲南省博物館和官渡古鎮都比較近。泳池也是標準的。服務不錯，不足是洗衣機乾衣機太少了，那麼大幢樓，衹有3台洗衣機2台乾衣機，特別是乾衣機，完全不能滿足大家的需求。

酒店位置便利，交通方便，樓下就是各種吃飯的地方。房間挺大，有隔層，落地窗，兩張1.5米床，還有洗衣機冰箱等，設施齊全，超預期。推薦！

服務：夜班飛機選酒店就選這一家，前台夜班2位服務人員極力配合快速辦理入住，身份證登記直接拿房卡，五鑽酒店就是用心用人紮實，不會出現夜班減人減員，續住續住

房間很乾凈，而且房間面積很大，除了主體大床還有小隔間。整體衞生狀況良好。 酒店早餐很豐富，而且服務態度很好，整體乾淨温馨。 來住了很多次了，服務態度很棒。

房間非常大也很高，空間不錯，空調也很涼快，看電視很方便，地址位置不錯距離體育場很近，周邊吃喝逛極方便，電梯也多上下樓方便，送了水果很精緻，前台小李很禮貌周到安排的房間也不錯！

房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務周到，熱情，早餐豐富（≧ｗ≦）體驗感拉滿😀
