A very old hotel, very small TV (guess is a 21') given the room size ration. Light switches are not centralised, need to walk around the whole room to off all lights. Requested for high floor in reservation but was assigned lower. Was woken up by car horns around 7+am, requested for higher floor room the next day but given a 'roll eye' attitude. Disappoitment for a Grand Park group.

Great location. Close to Green Lake Park. Great breakfast with both western and Asian entrees. We had a room on an upper floor with great views. We would happily stay here again.

Luxurious, and walking distance to Green Lake Park, shops, eateries and the mall on the main road.

Exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work, no one was sent to fix even after calling and requesting the front desk to do so three times. Fitness room central AC wasnt turned on until I called in to ask... Seems dangerous considering none of the windows can be opened to let in fresh air.

First time using Trip.com for booking, it is really user friendly and easy to use. Will recommend friends to use this platform..

Good service, English speaking staff, and tasty breakfast great location walking distance to most tourist spots basically. Stayed here before and will stay here again 👍

The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was good except for the nearest subway station on a tortuous path.

A very nice hotel with friendly service in a good location. It is between two stations on two different lines of the subway with an easy walk about 10-15 minutes either way. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short cab ride. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes and very good service. The room was very large and clean and comfortable. Tv had English news channel and the Wi-Fi worked well although I seemed to only be able to log in one device using the same phone number to get a code. The front desk staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I stayed here many times, and always am happy to return. Excellent for the price. Very nice buffet dinner, excellent 360 roof top view from gym, great staff, great location across street from Green Lake.

We were only here for one night as Kunming is convenient to fly out of Yunnan but the hotel was nice enough. The room and bathroom are dark but it’s clean and has everything so it’s not a huge problem.

The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to the Green Lake Park. Transport is easy with lots of options. There are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious, with everything I want. The breakfast is great with decent selections. I will choose this hotel again.
