Large and spacious but slightly aged furniture, some lights not working. Also limited water supply to 2 bottles a day (most other hotels we used in Yunnan were free flow!)
Good location but low level (11th floor). Could be better!

Fantastic place to stay. It’s very near to Kunming Railway Station (3~5mins walk)
The hotel is located at Blk 6 of a residential block. Blk 6 is the block facing the street so it’s very easy to find. Just enter the lobby and go up to floor 11 and you will be greeted by a hotel staff.
The rooms are clean and very spacious
There’s a supermarket right below and every night, there will be food carts selling street food which is a very special experience

The place is comparably clean. Easy to access from Kun Ming Railway Station. The staff is friendly. There’s a good tasting noodle house downstairs the stay.

A successful hotel on the 11th floor of a residential building. The next door neighbour directed us to the lobby which is unmarked at 2am. The lady sleeping at reception was very friendly and upgraded our room. Room was clean and designed well with everything you need. Teabags provided along with mugs, kettle and water. Happy days. 3m walk to train station so it couldn’t be easier. Thank you to the hotel.

We arrived early morning. It takes abt 30 mins from airport to hotel. From hotel to Railway train takes abt 8 minutes walk. We stay for 5 hours to fresh up and sholat. Good location. Hotel is at 11 floor. There is someone at the reception counter. We disturb her sleep when we arrive and yet she is polite and welcoming us. Truly appreciate. Room was big and have 2 Queen bed for family of 4. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended

Overall good value for money. Just 800m walk to/from south gate of train station. We took a while to figure out the block and lift to get to the reception level. The room was very spacious and clean. The house keeper used strong cleaning agent (smelled like dettol) which I had given feedback to the guest house keeper.
