The location was great. We could walk in one minute from the northern railway station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable for two people. We had all the necessities we needed and wanted. The staff was very kind and the checkin was easy.

This is my second stay in this hotel..the hotel is in a very good location and everything is available nearby..

Close to metro exit B north railway Some restaurant are on the way to metro. Clean bed , basic needs are available. Very spacious room. Easy check in , check out.

Location are just nice. Near the bus stop. No worries for transportation cause their ebike are everywhere. For muslim traveller , there are couple of halal restaurant down the street.

it is my second time staying here and I highly recommend this hotel. the room and the sheets are clean. all of the staff are very friendly and very helpful.

The 2 beds were big - queen size. We thought it would be 2 single beds. Suitable for families with young children, able to sleep 2 adults and 2 young kids, though space for luggage bags would be tight. Location was superb - food, convenience stores and metro all nearby within 5 minutes walk. We just didn't really like the opague glass toilet door, less privacy.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, for the muslim traveler you can find halal restaurant nearby, however, if you check in with your friend or family please be aware the toilet is so open and no privacy at all.

Near metro station, can take metro or bus cheaply and conveniently to city attractions, train station, airport. Local food, tibits, beer shops patronize by locals along the way, price is reasonable. Stay is clean with reasonable price and meets all basic needs. Surrounding has a few locals neighbour.

Location: really close to MRT, and there is bus stop in front of the hotel where bus 111 took us to Daguan Zhuanxin market. Room: as shown and explained in the hotel description. Amenities: we got one towel that has many holes in it 😮. But they replaced it with one of the newest? (it looks new 😁) once we notify the cleaning lady and front desk.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed - a quiet place to sleep. We arrived earlier than check in time and the reception staff simply gave us the key. We slept well both nights which is unusual for us in new hotels.

The hotel is not far away from attractions in Kunming. The bed is very big. The check in process is very swift. There is a lift which is a big plus if your room is at upper levels.

Excellent budget hotel in a great location just to the north of the city center. Good staff who will try their best to accommodate your needs. Great value for money. My only complaint is that the room cleaners will enter your room to try to "clean" your room even if the door is locked from the inside, and not once did they bother to clean the drinking cups or replace the mosquito tablet.

Very good value for money. Located directly next to Metro Station "North Railway Station", many shops and restaurants nearby, also a farmers market to buy fruits and veggies around the corner. Walkable distance to Green Lake Park and main sights. Very nice staff. We could bring out bicycles into our room. (No space otherwise).
