Location is okay as it is near to the train station and to some eating places. Hotel staff service was quite terrible. They did the minimal that are required of them. No enthusiasm, no smile and no cheerfulness when they are helping you. We almost felt bad as if we were disturbing them when we needed help. They are always looking at computer screen and avoided eye contact, as though making eye contact will mean they will have to say hi or respond to some request.

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. You get one free coffee at the bar, it wasn't hot.

The font desks are very nice, they help me with everything I need including electric scooter rental for only 30 RMB per 24 hours, the coffee is complimentary from 9am till 9pm, a lot of food option near by, the price ratio is very good, recommend.

Close to the train station, a 5-10 mins walk. Rooms are clean. They have free coffee for each night you stay, but it's only available from 9am-9pm.

The hotel is great and near Kunming railway station and metro station (South ring Rd) by so it’s easy for tourist in term of transportation.

Good location and price reasonable. Around 10 mins walk from Kunming railway station. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel staff also gave free coffee tickets using in the hotel cafe to us.

Hotel has the Chinese breakfast buffet and Yunnan nice noodles. Room is nice and clean. They have two pairs of washing and drying machine on 3rd floor for guests to use. Location is nearby Kunming railway station and metro station. There are a lot of restaurants you can enjoy.

It was a really nice, stylish place. Nice and helpful Staff. Location is good, close to Kunming station if you plan to use it. Rooms and service good. You can have great coffee downstairs and they provide fancy coffee sets in the rooms. It is a pity we had bad weather in Kunming, otherwise it would be an even better experience. I would definitely stay again!

Only 800m from the train station. Easy to walk and find the hotel.Hotel staffs are having a good service mind and supportive. Got free coffee vouchers as a complementary 😊 all amenities are at service. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time

In a convenient location, within walking distance of metro and train stations. Laundry (washer/dryer) was nice to use and they provided detergent too. Clean and quiet. Great service, very helpful in locating a lost item.

We stayed at a comfortable hotel. We checked in around 3 AM, and the front desk service was available 24/7. Upon entering our room, it did not disappoint us. All the standard amenities were available, and the water heater, water pressure, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We received a complimentary coffee voucher for redemption the next day. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted rather bizarre. Overall, we were happy with our stay due to the hotel's location, price, and the functionality of the room.
