Very good experience and the staff very helpful + friendly . I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Very nice room!! Location alitlle bit far from tje railway station compared to others but very good overall.

Chose the hotel because of proximity to subway stations and price. Reasonable for s short stay because the hotel is situated by the main road so noise can be an issue. Did not hear any noise from the construction activities but the allowable period seems very long. The staff at the reception might had a bad day. She sounded angry but managed to perform the check-in and answer questions. The rest of the staff were so much better. Room is reasonable and clean.

Staff were excellent. They helped me to organise tours Stone Forest and Juixiang caves. Very professional. Breakfast was amazing. Room service and pickup was very well planned. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is near the subway station. The receptionist is attentive, well looked after and the rooms are clean.

Hotel receptionists are friendly and helpful, they shared the direction how to go tourists places and recommended one day tour. Cafe also provided nice breakfast and keep asking us if to add on more foods. Thanks for the washing machine and dryer, function well too. But the hotel signboard is not so obvious and cannot be found on the spot until we reached at the corner and saw it. Power points in the rooms quite few only and one side is faulty so better to monitor and replace new. Overall the room and hotel services is still not bad.

Staff were very helpful eventhough there are was a language barrier which we really appreciated. They tried hard to help which was more than we could ask for.

Super surprise deal 😁 ! We got free dessert and great service. Very easy to commute from the airport by metro train .. just a short walk from the metro station to ibis. Good breeakfast ..Great service .. friendly recommendation to get around the city

The hotel was near to everything. The room was big enough and very cozy.

The room are really basic but very clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and friendly. Otherwise my only suggestion it's to add one more washing machine.

location is great. the room has air condition you can croos the road infront of the hospital it more safe because it has traffic light metro line 2 and 6 exit d at tangzixiang station has many restaurant. Tips. the pin location on didi is ibis railway syation brach

The stay was okay and front counter staff were helpful. The location has nothing much around except with walking distance to MRT stations.

This is a well priced option in the city. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main Kunming railway station, so for those arriving at Kunming airport late when the metro has stopped running, you can take the airport bus to the railway station and walk to the hotel. The hotel is also a short 5 min walk away from the nearest metro station Tangzixiang, which is a convenient interchange station. There are only a few food options near the hotel but a walk to the Tangzixiang area throws up more. No amenities like a pool etc - typical of an Ibis but for the price paid, no complaints. Did not tru their breakfast so cannot comment. Night front desk staff can be a little rushed despite being professional.

The stafs are very friendly, good location, clean room and i will stay here again when I come to Kunming
