We booked this hotel last minute and stayed for a few hours because we landed in Kun Ming at 12am, and our train to Dali is at 7am. The hotel was very near to the railway station and  they even provide us a free ride to the railway station. The room was smart, clean, and comfortable. Overall, everything was good. 

Unfortunately although the hotel is “non-smoking” the staff was smoking in the lobby and the elevator had a strong smoke odor. It’s just not considerate of all their guests.

New and modern hotel, very convenient if you have to take the fast train. Excellent value for money, nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff does not speak english. Some room are smoking room. Smells smoke in the room. Free shuttle to railway station west.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean boutique hotel with numerous nearby restaurants and eataries. Friendly hotel staff that's willing to help. It has a very nice breakfast. However, not so pleasant is the cigarette smoking smell if you are allergic to cigarette smell. Even in the hotel restaurant there are guests smoking while eating at the table. The hotel staff need to enforce no smoking and tell people not to smoke in such places. Even in elevator, there are guests smoking. No good to have a no smoking sign if you don't enforce it. Other than the smoking smell, it is a good place to stay.

If you need a hotel (very) close to Kunming nan train station you can’t do better than this. The facilities are brand new and in tip top condition and the bed was just wonderful after a long day traveling. The staff were really great very efficient and friendly and the drop off service is ideal. I can’t recommend it more. Tip: make sure your taxi driver really knows where it is. Maybe because it’s new mine didn’t and took me completely in the wrong direction. The ride from the station to the hotel should cost a bit more than 10, no more the young lady at the desk said. Definitely a five star review!

位置在小區裏，有專車送南站，走出小區不遠處有個216的公交站可坐車到地鐵站換乘到南鬥花市，還是挺方便的。房間有智能語音設施，衞生乾淨，床鋪睡覺也舒服，洗澡水夠大，但如果衞生間能配置掛衣服的設施就更完美了。

酒店很新，設施齊全，可以接送站，距南站10分鐘，就在社區裏，很安靜，離大學很近，周邊吃飯很方便，前台非常友好。早餐的菜是明火現炒的，7點就有菜了，真心不錯。房間雖然小了點，但是設施齊全，乾濕分離，熱水很大很熱。就是門有些不隔音，隔壁開關門聲音很清楚。總體而言，非常好了。

第二天要坐高鐵，這家酒店相當好！十分鐘車程，非常近，晚上安靜，睡的舒適！水也很熱，很大，洗澡很舒服，熱水澡放鬆下， 調好鬧鐘，第二天就出發了！ 太讚了，下次還會住。 酒店照片沒拍，拿旅遊充數了！

朋友三人住一個親子房，五樓的裝修過後還是有些異味，待着感覺鼻子不舒服，聯繫前台換到了六樓，味道還有但是好些。 圖三是牙杯，有些臟污，沒有使用，希望酒店注意 不如前一天住的大床房設施乾淨

住了好幾天了，周邊很方便，有停車位有充電樁，帶爸爸媽媽出遊很方便的，前台也很熱情，房間也很乾凈整潔

優點：1.距離昆明南站近。2.設備比較新。3.床墊舒適。4.附近吃食多。5.位於呈貢大學校區內，對學生來説方便。6.沐浴清潔用品香味很好聞。 缺點：1.電視無法使用（根本就沒聯網）。2.餐廳很小，菜品少，建議外面吃。3.沒有洗手液，每次想洗手得去拿沐浴液。4.早上6點多響火警警報，前台告知沒有火情，警報是因為停電（很離譜）。5.隔音稍微有點差，走廊的聲音在床上能隱約聽見。
