The receptionist was very accommodating. The amenities were good. The location was excellent being just 5-10 min walk from Kunming railway station. However, the room was not kept clean and the customers next door were 3 teenage girls who were so out of manners making loud noise and slamming doors all night to about 2-3am. Just unbearable. So discourteous of them. We could not sleep at all.

Really love the place..just find building no 3 and go to 17th floor...they upgraded our room for free...a lot of restaurant nearby...although we cannot even communicate with each other but i guess we understand by heart..hahah

Location is in the tall building with "3" next to pharmacy. Go inside to the elevator and press level 17. My room got free upragaded by the reception, thank you. Room is very clean, toilet also clean. Reception good attitude and friendly. I wish the toilet is covered, worried of ... smell 🤫 Also got halal muslim food at downstairs, need to walk 5mins (photo)

Nearby food available. Walking distance from high speed train station Kunming shangrila about 7 minutes walk.

Good for a night Found someone's hair in the bed, so not sure if they changed the sheets or not. Also hairs in shower and sink. The projector basically just tries sell you things, can't really use it without apps and paying. Close to Kunming rail station Water in shower changes from too hot to too cold.

Close to the Kunming railway station for onward travel. Nice amenities and plenty of food places around. Very comfortable bed.

About 10 minutes walk to and from the train station, great for a layover. Room is clean and cosy. But it’s weird that they only have 1 bath and hand towel when it’s a couple room. Also no carpet in the toilet so it gets messy after a shower. Checked in at 3am and there was someone at the counter to receive me. Clear instructions were given prior to locate the premise.

A good location to catch the Kunming railway station train. And also get around the town easily with reasonable DiDi taxi ride. We have a great time stay. thank you to staff 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is great if you just want to look for a cheap transit hotel to sleep and change after your red eye flight.It is walkable to the railway station if you want to catch a train the next day. Other than that, the rooms are quite small plus one of the rooms we booked had a heavy smell of cigarette. We understand that we arrived at 3.30 in the morning but the counter was dark and unfriendly. The receptionist just handed us the keys and disappered😢.The hotel is easy to find. The lobby sits on the 17th floor of the block. Just look for Ramada Wyndham.The hotel is just one one block away, 😃

Everything alright, many good food stores nearby and 10 min by foot to metro/railway. We liked it :)

Very conveniently located near to the Kunming Railway Station. Took me only 5 mins to reach after coming back from Dali. The room is clean, comfortable and has all the essential things u need. It’s super high tech with voice control for most of the electronics. One extra plus point is also the check out time of 2pm. There are many choices of food at level one of the building and food is really nice. Metro stations are abt 10mins walk away.

Nice place operated by AI. A bit hard to find due to limited signage. Just a bit careful when using the hot shower as the temperature may fluctuate a bit.

Always stay here. Clean environment. Comfy bed, strong wifi and comfortable shower.
