You know what, it was beyonddd my expectation! Xiao Chang the staff really give her best effort in helping js checking in. Even we arrived at Kunming at 3am! Yup she’ll be there. Toilet, bedroom, washer, are sparkling clean! Will definitely book again for my next stay. This is near Colorful Gate (Colorful Garden) , a garden full or jacaranda!!!! opposite Me Town shopping mall.

Everything was just excellent. Very clean and comfortable place to stay at a very affordable price

Located in a 30-story highrise, the check-in process is a little convoluted as there is no "front desk" and thus requires phone calls and text messages. The room is good-sized and clean. The washing machine was quite handy and laundry detergent was even supplied 🙏 Bathroom is a touch on the small side but big enough for one person at a time. Please note there is no "kitchen" - there is a small refrigerator and a microwave, no plates nor utensils. Check what you can cook before you trek to the market. That said, I will stay there again because of the manager's focus on your well-being and the outstanding value. This is a no-brainer.

We booked the 1 bedroom apartment (ie comes eith a living room and pantry) and the place is big - much to our delight. I had expected a queen-sized bed but is actually a king-sized. The whole place is very clean and well equipped and it has a very spacious laundry area too. Daily cleaning services is provided as well. We appreciate the water dispenser that has many functions very much, as well as the many bottles of mineral water. The location is also convenient with a good shopping mall (metown) across the road that has quite a good number of eateries as well as shops. Communication with the staff was smooth and fast and the young lady who attended to us was friendly, helpful, efficient and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The check-in process is easy. The studio apartment is very cosy, and I feel like staying at home. The staff is very courteous & helpful. Her service is superb & I would rate her service as 5 stars. This is my second stay in this apartment hotel & would definitely stay here again whenever I am back to Kunming.

第一次住公寓酒店，太香了！又大又乾淨，高層夜景無敵，細節準備的很到位，還有洗衣機，前台小姐姐很熱情，給推薦了很多當地特色。投影看片爽歪歪，衹是我逛了一天實在太累了，沒看一會就睡著了😅準備的高山茶連喝兩天很不錯！最最最重要的是，床品很舒服！比我住的星級酒店都舒服！

體驗特別好，性價比超高。乾淨寬敞，準備的東西特別貼心，有寶寶彩色髮圈，多頭充電線，晾衣架，連小愛同學都是開了會員的。小姐姐還貼心提醒有老闆準備的台灣冷泡茶，我們直接扔在礦泉水瓶裏，老公説茶不錯。周圍吃飯也方便，晚上我們溜達到附近商場吃的菌子火鍋，到昆明老街也不遠，下次來還會選擇。

帶娃來昆明玩了4天，都住在這裏哦，去哪裡都搭車，是比較方便的。有些人可能覺得沒有空調，但是！！！！昆明是不需要空調的，整個居住環境也很安靜，很乾凈。對面有個商超，下雨的時候不想出去，也可以去對面吃東西。下次來還會住這裏的呀～哈哈哈開心開心～搭車到這裏，往2單元上呦～有啥需要的及時跟前台小姐姐溝通就行，都是很熱心的。

首先非常感謝前台兩位小仙女能給一個外地遊客收快遞，非常感謝，其次服務也周到，房間無煙味，非常乾淨，酒店跟圖片一模一樣，所以回程時也續租了～非常推薦
