Amenities in the room, such as hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, cups, 3 in 1 coffee, tea, drinking water, towels, conditioning shampoo, shower gel and prayer mat for Muslims are available. There is no dental care kit, so bring your own. Otherwise, you'll have to drive a bit to buy one. It was my third time in Kundasang, so we rented a car and drove to the location. The road to the location is quite challenging if you're not used to the rural road. There are plenty of parking spaces there. I also saw guests with private tour guides who drove them around. I think that's a good idea, too. I booked the room with the mountain view, but the weather was not on my side. The mountain was in view very early in the morning when it was still dark, and then it was covered in clouds for the rest of the day. There is no aircon but a cute ceiling fan we didn't use because it was already cold. However, I wish I could open the windows without letting the bugs in. There were huge spiders making their webs near my window, and I dare not open it. The beds are okay - not the comfiest and only one rather flat pillow for our heads. We slept well nonetheless. We spent most of our time outside the room unless it's to shower or sleep. There's a cafe where we took our dinner to the outside dining area. The tables and chairs were scattered around so we had to arrange them ourselves. There is hot water, but at around 7am, the shower runs cold even with the water heater turned on. Could it be that everyone is showering at the same time? A simple breakfast is served at the cafe for the guests. When I was there, they had fried mi hun, French toast, sausages, baked beans, and eggs. There were two types of cereal. A bread station where you can toast your bread. Only white bread was available. Drinks were orange cordial, coffee, and tea. They replenish the food if finished, so don't worry about getting to the breakfast a bit late. The best thing about the whole trip was the booking, checking in, and checking out was hassle-free. Also, if you love flowers, walk around the place and admire their hydrangeas.

The room doesn’t smell good especially the toilet 2. 1 of Toilet door not able to lock and close properly 3. Catch 3 cockroach in the room 4. Whole room is lack of power socket 5. Does not provide toilet amenities ie tooth brush. 6.

Decent breakfast, friendly staffs by the counter, majestic view of Mount Kinabalu from the residence/room. I will definitely come back to try the cabin stay.

Amazing view in the morning. Can see peak of mount kinabalu. Has a restaurant, so no need to go out at night for dinner. Complete amenities. Curtains was dirty. Need to change.

The view is magnificent, the room is basic but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The cabin room is nice but need to prepare with layers as it will be very cold at night due to the ventilation. Overall a nice place to stay.

Request change in room to the cabin. Door n latch faulty. Original room near the forest…too eeiry…hahaha

I gave the room 3 stars because we booked a cabin twin and noticed a strange smell, possibly due to the room being too humid. It would be great if a dehumidifier could be added to improve the air quality. The room was okay overall. It would be more comfortable if there was a small coffee table and some chairs for guests to sit outside the cabin and enjoy a hot drink, especially in cold weather. The restaurant managed by the same team serves tasty food with generous portions at affordable prices—highly recommended. The room includes free breakfast, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and hardworking. They made sure the breakfast and hot water were always available for guests. Last but not least, you can see Mount Kinabalu in the early morning. The view is truly stunning and a great way to start the day.

Top notch staycation and the rate is within reasonable price

The mount KK view from the hotel is stunning, and I love the hot shower especially after a long drive. The hotel is located within the golf course, a bit difficult to locate when it's dark

The door knob was difficult to turn open, the room had alot of dust and spider web above the wash basin area, toilet tiles were dirty and we could hear people talking in the next room and outside the corridor. There was also a stain on my bedsheet and the clothes hangers were broken.

Woke up to see kinabalu. No word can describe the feelings. Location a bit far from town, but the hotel have it's owned restaurant which is very helpful

The hotel room near Kundasang was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The condition of the room was great, offering cozy furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the dinner options, which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the cleanliness of the room left room for improvement, as there were quite a few bugs that disrupted the overall experience. Another issue arose during my shower when the hot water suddenly stopped. Thankfully, it happened just as I was nearly done, so it didn’t cause too much inconvenience.
