The location is great as its very near to the town/night market. Room is good as it come with hot water and quit spacious. We got pond view room. Very good. But, the hot water need to wait for next people to use as it might needed to re-heat back. As u are in cold places, the hot water need to be always available as soon as possible. The management can improve this. Other is ok. Good.

The chalet is a good size although it was really not sound proof as you could hear conversations clearly from the neighbours. The morning mountain view from the chalet is magnificent. The restaurant is decent for Kundasang. Little irritation that the bathroom is water logged after use.

Its really convenient and close to city centre. It also has its own restaurant which served traditional food any many more.

The hot water service and phone were not working. Bed could be firmer. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

Good location at Kundasang ,nearby Desa Dairy Farm 15-30min,mini city at outside 5min walking,at night close so early around 6pm,nice view at sunset can saw Kundasang My room good for family room,at night weather very cool,awesome and nice place

The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in Kundasang. Everything is close by. It is also located by the side of the Kinabalu mountain. The view of the mountain is so majestic. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kundasang.

I was here for a night stay. Located right in kundasang. There was electricity problem with our room. But hotel is very nice. They upgraded us to the bigger room. Great job.
