I had most amazing stay in spice villa. The best thing in thekkeday. Their staff and overall hospitality was great. Food was made and served by owner and they made very tasty food. The view from was something for which i was looking for to rest and chill from my daily routine. If i visit kerala again surely gonna stay in your villa again

The people who run this business are very kind and helpful. They arranged our onward transport for us. Food was good. Lovely location. If you like a walk the village of Puttaday is only about a 20minute walk. Great clean cafe here for coffee, samosas and cakes, it’s called The New Cochin Cafe. On the way back we visited SPICES PARK .This is a fantastic tour. Sunil was our guide. He knows everything you need to know about spices! He is really interesting and knowledgeable also has a sense of humour. Thee is no pushing in the shop. This was a great experience and we would totally recommend it.

Final leg of the kerela trip i took with my family was in Thekkady and once again we decided to go with a homestay place and we had booked Spice Villa. Now this is a good place and me and my family did enjoy staying here. The owner who is also a chef Mr. Phillips was a nice and helpful person. He gave us an extra room when we had merely asked for extra beds. So this was definitely a plus in my book. The food was always delicious and we had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian members in our group and both cuisines received great marks from us because there was never any complaint in terms of food. My only issue with the place is that when we checked in the linen on the bed was dirty. Though we raised the issue and it was taken care of this is something that should happen in the first place. Other than that there was no other problem.

A most comfortable, pleasnt stay!!!! Made memorable by Mr.Binesh & Mrs.Dina Phillip's hospitality & most helpful, friendly nature. The family room was super clean, comfortable,spacious, beds so comfy. Bathroom so clean & hygienic. With a private sitout in between a cardamon plantation. The food served by Mr.Phillip's was so delicious,wholesome.Loved the traditional breakfast , was soooo tasty.So were the dinners.Prashant, looked after the housekeeping & served us with a smile accomodating small requests easily.Left the place , wanting to return some time soon .Thank you Mr . Phillips for a memorable stay.

We stayed 3 nights at spice villa Tree house ,this is a unique and nature friendly home . excellent food served in the breakfast and Dinner,the owner and chef Mr Philip doing great hospitality. The view from Balcony is Awesome.This is wonderful and unique experience. Thank you

We stay 3 Nights at Spice villa Tree house ,it was amazing experience .A nice cosy and peaceful stay at this place .The chef (owner ) is making top class fresh food, Breakfast so good .we had good walk in the morning through the spice garden ,Gets amazing plantation view from Balcony .The owner family is so helpful , it was memorable moments for me and my family. Thank you Mr Phillip and family
