We reached post Dinner and were received by 02 smiling gentlemen… even the deco security guard helped us with the parking so full of energy at that hour… We loved it since we were so tired. The staff was tolerant of my 2-year too - so sweet of them… the boy who escorted us to our room was pretty chatty (sweet but somehow we were tired and couldn’t reciprocate much 😊). During the the bf as well, the staff was so warm attentive and all smiles… we felt so lovely— it added to the beauty of the place and some good memories to our trip… it was during check out that 01 star dropped… there was this last at the reception who didn’t know how to smile I guess… felt a bit misfit with the entire vibe of the hotel staff… The garden rooftop existence was informed to us by the staff which my baby enjoyed a lot… Had this lady been present during our check in, it wouldn’t have been such a pleasant experience at all… She seemed so full of herself… During check out, I was speaking to someone n she just so bluntly asked me to hand over the key which I obediently did (god forbid she would have scolded me next😂) , anyway since we had to rush for the boat ride and it was almost 1030 hrs, we couldn’t give the feedback… although I did return at around 1515 hrs while we passed through keys and went up to the reception found the same lady and asked her if you nees my feedback still since we were running late in the morning.. she said ..no madam not needed… which felt a little weird … I went back coz we realised coz of 01 person, we shouldn’t undermine the efforts of others.. but I found her smile-less attitude pretty demeaning as if she’s doing the customer a favour by her presence… aprt from her… rest all our encounters were pleasing and joyful!! (I hope she hasn’t filled and submitted a fake review from #104, checkout at 1030 hrs on Sept 29)
