nice hotel clean and comfortable. wifi is fast but with limitation in mb. we ran out of internet in the middle of the night. haha. so it is really not unlimited free wifi. breakfast is with limited option. i would rate this hotel a fair one.

Amazing staff with great reception. The dinner set was simple amazing. Try their Jollof. Very responsive to guests needs. The Wi-Fi was back on in a short time after going down. I planned spending just one night but ended up sleeping for two nights whiles still contemplating on adding another night. Easy to get to the town Center. Highly recommend.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Frederick's Lodge. Thank you Kofi, Chris and the entire staff! Everyone was attentive to our needs, helpful and so very pleasant. Our room, bed and bath were comfortable and spacious. The a/c worked well. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety every day --A+ for sure; best morning buffet we have experienced at a hotel-- the puff puff's were to die for : ) I can't forget the rooftop lounging area that has nice views of Kumasi and was a great place to start or end the day. We'd definitely lodge at Frederick's again!

Very cute hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is very nicely decorated with elegant decor. The staff were highly attentive, even remembering how I like my coffee at breakfast. I will come back on my next trip. Thank you!

Stayed here for about a week in February 2025. The hotel is walkable to the Kumasi City Mall, but not to many other establishments. As a result, I took all my meals in the hotel restaurant. Menu was limited, but generally good. Breakfast was usually to-order--a nice selection--but they had a buffet when they had a lot of guests (which was n't the case most days). Biggest plus was the staff: I found them all to be extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaners to the waitstaff to the guards. Biggest minus was probably the gym: Both treadmills were broken, so the only cardio equipment was a basic stationary bike. Rooms were well-appointed and clean; I even had a balcony. There is a nice rooftop bar, but it doesn't seem to be in operation. It is a nice place to sit to get some air. Wifi had a few issues when I was there, but staff worked hard to fix the issues as they arose. When it was up, it was fast. You lose connection when the generator kicks in/out, but it comes back in a few minutes. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kumasi!

The coziest and coolest Ghanaian owned hotel. The services and everything was on point. The best I've seen in Ghana. Keep it up. From arrival to departure, you are treated like a King. As a lecturer in hospitality I found their services exemplary.

We had a good time enjoying the neat environment. the staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and responsive; something we found very refreshing. Kudos to staff and management. Will definitely stay there again next time I visit kumasi.

I stayed there for three days. From the time I checked in, customer service was 10 out of 10! The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, respectful, professional and accommodating. Room and common areas were neat and clean. The manager (Chris ) was very nice and always made sure we were ok. Kudos to him !!!!A special shout out to the hardest working staff Edmond and Bennett. They made sure we set up our itinerary and were very helpful, caring and made sure we were safe and comfortable…If I am ever in Kumasi, I will definitely lodge there again. I loved it!!! I will also recommend to my friends who visit Ghana.

Location is close to the mall and plenty of restaurants. The manager and staff was very accommodating. Bennett, and Edmond was our knowledgeable tour guides. The hotel is clean with large soft mattresses. I stayed three days with friends and would definitely go back. The hotel has a rooftop and nice restaurant if you choose to eat inside.

The staff is so nice and professional. The manager Kofi was the very welcoming, nice and helpful. Bennett and Edmond were the best workers ever. They were so accommodating, and they should be recognized as being great…..When I am back in Kumasi I will definitely stay there again. Ten out of 10 customer service!

We were three nights in the hotel. It is a modern and well equipped hotel with bar and restaurant (you have to preorder). The hotel is in an area a little bit away from the city center but you can reach it in a couple of minutes with a taxi. The rooms are moodern and very well equipped. The very best in this hotel is the staff. They are extremely polite and efficient in a way that really makes you feel at home. Thanks again to all the staff. We will stay in this hotel again in our next stay in Kumasi.

The facility is located in a serene environment and close to airport, the shopping mall and the central business district. The rooms and the washrooms are very spacious and clean with modern fixtures and fittings. The mattress and pillows were soft and plush. The room had very good lighting system and adequate furniture for working, relaxing and storing my personal items. The staff were very responsive and readily available to attend to me. I felt safe during my stay at Fredericks Lodge.

beautiful room setup and spacious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and the food (chef) was good and delicious. Price was good too and hotel is in a very quite neighborhood and not far from the main highway. will always come back
