One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Food was delicious. Ambience and the view from room was great! For our next trip to Manali we will surely stay in this hotel only. Most Recommended for family and friends who wish to have a good time at Manali. Thank you for all the facilities.

I had booked a room for 5 nights from 19th to 24th May, 2025. Unfortunately due to war my flight was cancelled on 14th May from Chennai to Chandigarh. I therefore booked flight again on 15th May 2025. Again unfortunately my mother in law passed away on 14th evening hence my entire trip got cancelled. When I sent a mail to the hotel on 16th for cancellation and refund there was no response from the hotel. When I called on 25th one Ms. Akshita refused to listen and only repeated that refund will not be made as per the hotel policy. I fail to understand how can I inform the hotel 15 days in advance when the death happened 5 days before check in. Further she was very rude and impolite and impatient and sought for proof of flight cancellation. More than the money refund, the sales person Akshita was not guest friendly and expressed not being worried about my feedback. The hotel lacks hospitality and lack of sense to listen and understand the guest's concern.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and biggest highlight of the hotel. It also excelled beyond my expectations on all other parameters be it food, room or hospitality at the price point. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic, and it really stands out as one of the best alternatives to Sethan. If you're looking for an offbeat spot to unwind and enjoy nature, this is the place to be. The serene surroundings, combined with the peaceful ambiance, made it a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat away from the usual crowded spots!"

It was an amazing experience. Special mention for Mr. Naresh who is a very nice and accommodating person. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Also, the staff here is very skilled and they help you out with any problems that you face during the stay. 10/10 recommend

Amazing ambience with mountain view , rooms are spacious with great views and well furnished...staffs are cordial very nice hospitality The best part i liked was the food.. too good tasty and full of varieties. This property is also kids friendly with kids foods, milk , playing area all are available.

Our stay in vivaan the sunrise resort was awesome and memorable. We stay here for 3 days. The view from balcony is amazing 🤩 and staff was courteous and very cooperative. Food was very delicious and tasty . Their roof top restaurant has amazing 360 degrees view from city to snow mountains and river everything.

This is the best hotel in manali the location of the hotel is very good the view from the balcony is very beautiful. Service was very good and the food was very tasty and delicious and the staff were very humble co-operative these are some name of the staff who were very humble captain jitendra kumar rishu ashok and karan we all were very happy by their service. MUST VISIT

It is situated at aprx 7-8 km from city centre. Overall stay was good food is also nice. Not too much verities in food but taste was good. View from this hotel is very beautiful I liked it very much staff is good only one cons is that it is situated at very height and road is not good.
