lovely stay! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were stylish and comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to the old town and Kufstein Fortress. Highly recommend!

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, Frühstück war lecker 😋 und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Also kurz gesagt, ich war sehr zufrieden damit.

還行吧，現在對歐洲的酒店不能太苛刻，即便是像奧地利和瑞士德國這樣的發達國家，在這些國家裡，很難找到一些現代現代化的連鎖酒店，很多酒店都是那種老房子改建的，湊合吧

入住方便，房屋乾淨，衹是淋浴的地方容易濺水出來，早餐簡單，但我仍然強烈推薦這個酒店

由於滑雪，才住到這個小城市，酒店一般，房間不大，早餐不好，對面樓房在裝修，很早就發出扔垃圾的噪音，唯一可取的就是窗户正對城堡

The Arte Hotel Kufsein was a decent and comfortable business hotel, which has some pretty big flaws. While my room was clean and spacious (and had air conditioning!! a big plus during the heat wave that occurred during my stay) I found the housekeeping to be absent. I only received clean towels once during my stay and my room was not made up the entire time. I did observe housekeeping working while I was there, so I know it existed. I don't even mind that much, but I was told to not expect it and for that I think it was a bit strange. I also found the breakfast to be lacking in many respects. Not only was it messy, but the quality was pretty subpar as well. I would stay here again, but would expect the quality of the hotel to move up because it could use some improvement.

this is amazing hotel but lack basic essence of an hotel, first of all after evening no one is at reception or any other office so in cased of any emergency and specially if you are not local you are in serious trouble. i had serious fever and in the middle of night no one was available to give me hlep or guide me to go to hospital or pharmacy. secondly before i depart (from Manchester, UK) i rang them and ask if they have laundry service as well were attending dinner and need our suits to be iron and they confirm that they have , but upon inquiring we found they have no such service. although staff is great very helpful , only if they are available. the buffet breakfast was out of tea bags and i was told it will be there next day ?? i need tea and i need to wait 24 hours. rooms are very nice, comfy beds, shower room although tiny but good enough. very clean and tidy . perfect location.

Hotel situato nel carino centro di Kufstein a poca distanza dallo svincolo autostradale. Hotel carino pulito e con tutto il necessario per una sosta di qualche notte. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. Molto buona anche la colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso.

Excellent séjour pour raisons professionnelles. Accueil au top; personnel vraiment charment et aux petits soins. Chambres très confortables et services très appréciables : propre, très bonne literie, spacieuse, calme Salle de réunion avec service parfait
