in the centre of downtown what more can u ask for and for me it’s the best hotel boutique for traveller to enjoy their stay here with easy adjacent to the Plaza Merdeka Mall via Lobby Floor and Level 4 link to Mall FoodPlaza for people’s to meet. highly recommend to everyone for best amenities and river/city view with Club Floor or normal floor for u to enjoy the serenity’s. furthermore the Level 13 if a must to visit for sunset view’s and chills with the love one’s.

Location convenient. Great view of the room facing the river. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel renovation was abit outdated but overall, service provided was great ! Location is good too.

The hotel location is considered the best among other big brand hotels like Hilton and Sheraton, the hotel is right beside the waterfront and carpenter's street, however the are tends to be jammed during weekend and at night. The interior of the hotel is also a bit dated and without maintenance, however, the service is impeccable. Will consider staying again for future trips.

Impressed with the amenities in the room, well thought out and makes me feel welcomed. View was fantastic from the room. Infinity pool was inviting and again view from pool was awesome! Location is centralised and close to many attractions and eating places. Overall, a great stay. Definitely highly recommended!!

Very conventional four star hotel. Breakfast was good but not great. The location near the waterfront area is perfect esp it is bear little india and Chinatown.

Top hotel in Kuching 1. Location = Excellent(near to waterfront) 2. Check in = Great and friendly 3. Room cleanliness = Excellent 4. Room size = Excellent 5. Room view = Excellent- river front view … WoW! 6. Breakfast = Excellent- the best breakfast at hotel 7. Swimming pool = one of best facing majestic waterfront. Overall the best hotel in Kuching.
