Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is good with walking distance to Bukit Bintang area. Room was spacious enough for 2 pax and have pool view. Breakfast got many food selection. But the toilet drain a bit slow, got clogged a bit during shower. Have plenty of parking spaces but no lift direct to lobby, need to take staircase for it. Price also fair enough for school holiday season.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. It was evident that guest satisfaction is a priority here. I was initially concerned about staying at this hotel after reading reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. However, my experience turned out to be pleasant and even exceeded my expectations. While it’s true that there was some mold in the corners of the room and bathroom as noted by others, it didn’t bother me much. Soundproofing could also be better as I occasionally heard chairs being dragged upstairs and doors slamming in the hallway, but these noises were infrequent and didn’t disrupt my stay. On the bright side, the room and bathroom smelled fresh. The towels and bed sheets provided were clean and fresh, though some had minor old stains. The sofa pillow do had a slight odor though so I avoided that. The bed was also comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature were excellent and the hotel staff was friendly too! The standout feature of this hotel is its fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist spots like Jalan Alor Food Street, Chinatown, TRX Mall, and Pavilion, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also pretty decent, offering a decent spread with an egg-cooking station, dim sum, nasi lemak, roti canai, fresh fruits, and pastries. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and the convenience and comfort outweighed the minor flaws.

It was a good stay with very huge room than expected and we had a clean room with a seperate open wardrobe as well. Location is also very good. Only that the tv in the room goes off even by not using turning it off in the night so other than that all are good

Checked in to this hotel because of the event I attended at their function hall. The location is great with a lot of eateries nearby.

They were kind to help upgrade our rooms to connecting rooms.
