This accommodation has a great location. It is near the mall with lots of food options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Highly recommended.

Love the hotel. Booked it for my birthday relax day. My experience. Location was superb. Next to Pavilion and in the middle of KL. The checkin was smooth. I even checked in before 3pm. Requested for higher floor and I got it. But the view was another building. The room was huge and super comfortable. Love the bath tub. The bed was good. Oh I love the JBL Speaker. In terms of amenities; the pool was good but there was renovation. So not so nice view and noisy. The down side is probably the buffet breakfast. I honestly think it was average. Nothing wow. Hmmmm. But I enjoyed it anyway. Overall, love my stay. And definitely would come back again.

Very beautiful and grand hotel lobby with hippo chair. Delicious breakfast, but staff assigning of table can be better and stricter. One hotel guest A took my cap on my chair and place it next table. So that guest A can use my table. End up it caused confusion and we almost had a conflict with other hotel guest B because this table belongs to guest B which we thought is ours as our cap is there. Luckily the hotel staff manage to direct the hotel guest B to another table and solve the awkward situation. Suggestion to put a occupied sign on each table or something to indicate table is taken. Great stay. Walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Hotel room is spacious. Breakfast choices are plenty and tasty.

I recently stayed at Pullman KL for two days and was overall very pleased with the experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. While there was an impressive variety of options available, the quality of the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. Some dishes felt lacking in freshness and flavor compared to the high standards Pullman usually delivers. That being said, it didn’t overshadow my experience, and I would still recommend Pullman KL for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I hope they can improve the breakfast quality to match the overall excellence of the hotel.

Great choice for family, our breakfast is at Level 10. The ala carte with breakfast buffet is a sumptuous meal to begin our day. The rooms are spacious with 3 toilets. Great view with a bridge link to Pavilion.

Good location, just next to Banyan Tree Hotel and Pavillion shopping mall. Great continental breakfast and very comfy bed with lots of amenities.

The room was so great and quiet environment, the bed is so comfortable and all everything in the room is very neat, I love it. All the staff are very nice and so helpful since I have checked in until the last day for staying, I will back to stay again. Fantastic!

Had a wonderful experience at Pullman KL with room upgrade to Executive Club King with connecting room. Wonderful service from miss Mai at front desk. Immaculate service by Executive Club team led by miss Theressa. Clean and comfy Club King room. Will be back soon

I booked a two room apartment with kitchen for two nights. The price was super expensive but i dont think it is something worth it. The access to pavilion needs to walk around a huge dangerous busy road with the non functional traffic light, unlike banyan tree which has its own linked bridge. In the map it looks near to pavilion but in reality you will sweat a lot before arriving pavilion. During the hotel check out, the line was long and the check in / check out sign was confusing with 3 lanes. There was sign for check in and check out but people scattered check in and out everywhere. Some people just cut the queue and the lady at the counter letting them cutting queue. Not sure why nobody monitor or making the process easier. I dont think i will book again here to waste money to have a bad experience for my holiday. Quite sad experience.

Convenient location to Pavilion and KLCC with sheltered walkway. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

I want to compliment the staff member named Jackson for his excellent service attitude. He is always welcoming with a smile. I really like the environment there, including the breakfast and the beautiful location.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need.
