The main problem is that the smoke smell is too strong and the sound insulation is not very good. Everything else is very good.

location is great- few minutes walk from Pasar Seni station and walking distance to Kuala Lumpur Station. also near Central Market, Petaling Street Market, and lots of food options room is basic and decent albeit a little small. ours was clean and suffice for a couple of nights’ stay one of the men manning reception could benefit from being friendly and less condescending. please remember you work in the service line where it doesn’t hurt to say ‘thank you’ other than this interaction, stay was satisfactory

I love this hotel, near to Pasar Seni and public transport, Spacious room and clean! Staff friendly, Nice view of TRX For sure i will come again!

Hotel area it's very popular holiday destination .infront hotel is china town with many cheap musangkin durian and chinesse food .left side is kastury walk the place u can buy any artistics thing and the coconut milk shake is very best becouse there are many food you can try .the best way to buy something special malaysia thing .

This is the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness. Just look at the photo attached. The housekeeping only clean the room after 2 days stay, properly that's the reason been so dirty. I will definitely not to return and also advise anyone to think twice before staying in this hotel.

This hotel is located exactly the centre of Kuala Lumpur. Just next to MRT and Metro line! Can book grab very easily! Next to central market!

Good location . very close to LRT and Public transports . Walk across the road is Chinatown . Many food stalls and restaurant nearby . Staff very friendly and helpful .

Good location but bath towels had dried blood stains. Breakfast selection was small, orange juice was watered down to a clear light orange color, food not refilled.

The hotel advertises parking as part of the amenities, but when I arrived, I discovered that the parking was actually managed by a private owner. This meant an additional charge, and the parking area was quite a distance from the hotel. If you're walking, it's a bit of a hassle, and if you're driving, you have to take a large detour to reach the outdoor car park. The parking fee is charged per entry, which I found inconvenient for a hotel that promised parking availability. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel is located in a convenient area near Chinatown, making it easy to explore local markets, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The staff was friendly, and the overall service was satisfactory, though nothing exceptional. In summary, while the location and the hotel itself are decent, the parking situation was a significant inconvenience and impacted my overall experience. If you're driving, be prepared for the added hassle and costs.

Very convenient to pickup and drop off taxi. And 5min walking to central market and mrt too. Worth the price and room is spacious and high ceiling.

The hotel was great. Really close to MRT Pasar Seni and Central Market. Got a lot options of foods nearby.

Enjoyed my stay here . Great location right next to the pasar seni station which is one station away from KL Sentral. The room is clean and no cockroach or funny smell 👍🏻 Just the toilet alittle small but acceptable for the price.

The hotel is Soo close to the train station,central market and petaling street. The parking is limited and you need to pay rm10 till you checkout. Room was nice..Aircond works very well...cold!! Hahha... Bathroom quite small but the shower is great.. water pressure is good.. There is dust on the phone...and side bed furniture...I think the house keeping skip the dust... Tv has variety of tv program...

New and clean room. This hotel located at a strategic location. I would strongly recommend Travelodge Chinatown to anyone who would like to spend time at Kuala Lumpur
