I book express room.. Simple room.. Queen bed, no window, no fridge.. Basic item availables like heater, soap and shampoo.. TV also available.. Suitable for price.. Walkable distance from nu sentral..

I will not be coming back . While the location is superb - just 1 lorong away from the Nu shopping mall and all the KL Sentral trains/monorail/KLIA express, the room was one of the worst i have stayed. It felt grimy. There was also a small cockroach at night. And traffic sounds were very loud.

I would like to give feedback back for fellow trip.com friends. I know their management will not take any action on this issue. Please do not book this hotel if you are thinking of short/ long stay at kl central. There are many more other hotels at this area. Firstly, we booked this hotel as it provides parking space rm6/night but it is very unsafe as the parking lot is underground, dark and very tight to park. So we decided to park our car somewhere else. A suggestion you may park at the big chinese temple behind this hotel for rm10/night. Secondly, the room door lock system is very problematic. We went down to the reception for 3 times as the given card cant unlock our door. Surprisingly, when we went down for the forth time to request to change room (after so many considerations), we are not the only customer having this problem. For the room shiftment, we thought we were given an upgrade room, but even worst with no telephone, tv cant be turned on, and light not working. We hv a quick chat with a guest in the lift and he complained about this hotel and regretted paying it with this kind of accommodation as the changed room as well (many cockroaches in the room level 14)! The reception lady is kind enough to help us and offered extra card in case the card not working, but her senior, i guess... Samad cut her offering to us, as need to pay rm20 if lost. So for service recovery you still hv time to think of missing cards? Overall, will not come back and please think twice before booking this hotel again. Peace!

Location are strategy, really worth stay if you have limited budget just cost me less than RM 130 inclusive breakfast buffet. Hey a very simply buffet. The only problem is bad smell in the room.

Overall, Sentral Hotel KL served its purpose well as a budget-friendly, no-frills option for transit travelers needing a convenient base near transportation hubs.

This hotel is quite rundown, with issues like leaking rooms and a broken toilet bowl. The cleanliness is lacking as well. The only positive aspect is its proximity to eateries and malls, making it convenient for transit by train or flight. However, the hotel needs significant upgrades in areas like the bed, toilet, and lighting. I would rate it 2/10.

Always booking hotel here because easy to parking, near public transport. And easy to find food also got mall. Also provide breakfast. So yummy!!

Check in process took long que even on midnight..i request for queen bed because i have a baby but they did not reserve the room and full during my check in time.. Cleanliness really poor.. you can see lot of dust everywhere..

The hotel is very rundown, leaking from heavy rain. Location is good near train station. The counter staff helpful. Will not visit this hotel but only for short trip to take train to other part of states. They need to do major repairs because the hotel is below average.

Good thing about this hotel is only for location. Apart from that is not very good. No amenities in the room. No refrigerator and no bottle of water provide.
