I would like to give feedback back for fellow trip.com friends. I know their management will not take any action on this issue. Please do not book this hotel if you are thinking of short/ long stay at kl central. There are many more other hotels at this area. Firstly, we booked this hotel as it provides parking space rm6/night but it is very unsafe as the parking lot is underground, dark and very tight to park. So we decided to park our car somewhere else. A suggestion you may park at the big chinese temple behind this hotel for rm10/night. Secondly, the room door lock system is very problematic. We went down to the reception for 3 times as the given card cant unlock our door. Surprisingly, when we went down for the forth time to request to change room (after so many considerations), we are not the only customer having this problem. For the room shiftment, we thought we were given an upgrade room, but even worst with no telephone, tv cant be turned on, and light not working. We hv a quick chat with a guest in the lift and he complained about this hotel and regretted paying it with this kind of accommodation as the changed room as well (many cockroaches in the room level 14)! The reception lady is kind enough to help us and offered extra card in case the card not working, but her senior, i guess... Samad cut her offering to us, as need to pay rm20 if lost. So for service recovery you still hv time to think of missing cards? Overall, will not come back and please think twice before booking this hotel again. Peace!
