Room very hot

1. Location is a bit far from KL sentral but close to LRT Bangsar. 2. The room i received seems not checked properly before handing key over, e.g. washbasin inside the bathroom leaking, curtains hard to pull up, iron box seems not working ( didn't get heat up )... I am not sure about other stuffs since i didn't use it. 3. There is no welcoming drinks ( even water bottles n tea/coffe pkts ) as normally all hotels do have it. Rest is all good.

Check in was very difficult. I needed to get a code from the EST staff to enter the building which I was not informed about until arriving. You cannot enter the building without the keycard and the security team are very strict about this. (Also VERY helpful and friendly however). It took 20 mins to get through to the “reception team”. Two of the three numbers provided are disconnected. When I eventually got through, the person on the phone told me to WhatsApp them instead. I added them on WhatsApp and after some confusing instructions I was given the contact for another person. After a further 10/15 mins I was greeted in the lobby of the building and check in was done there. The member of staff that I dealt with was very understanding and friendly. The room itself was fine. The location is good.

Need major cleaning and pest control; proper towels and floor mats needed, staff is very helpful, good location.

Very convenient although it’s a Airbnb. Clear instruction given. Clean rooms and with all the needs.

The place was very isolated, with many blue-collared workers in the area, in the walk to NU Sentral. One has to pay for the drinks, that was in the menu, with nothing complementary, not even the drinking water. They are also circumventing Trip to ask me to go direct with their contact person. I had pay two refundable deposits!

Came to repeat my stay. Good location, services, everything good 👍🏻

The convenience of the location was the best thing about it. We booked a room that said was on a high floor (40), but ended up on the 12th floor. When asking about it, they said, it’s based on availability but it was never mentioned in the booking. We purposefully searched for one on a higher floor as we were warned about the noise from the train station. Got there, the bathroom had mold and took them 3 days (and 2 attempts) to resolve it. It just didn’t feel clean. I would stay in that building again, but from a different management company.

Nice room. Good location very good in security.will come again.

Close to LRT. Apartment setting. Quite spacious comparing to standard hotel room.
