The location is only good if you intend to just relax and walk the park (right below the hotel). Everything else (including Starbucks) by night and 7-11 stops selling alcohol by 9pm! The room is more like a rehab centre…..once you shower the entire washroom is wet. Didn’t really feel comfortable staying…. The price is extremely reasonable though!

This hotel is a basic budget hotel, not up to 4 stars standard as stated .The service is moderate. Basically you have to pay for almost every basic needs like toothbrush, shampoo or soap. They don't provide it. The breakfast is below par. Very basic and limited choices. Not worth the price at all. Please avoid at all cost. The service provided is not professional, especially for a 4 stars Hotel. My parents was confronted and insulted by the door attendant, a Malay Guy today morning, at 29/12/24, around 9am. The door attendant of the restaurant did not act professionally. He confronted my elderly parents for not paying or trying to cheat by illegally enter the buffet area without further investigation, although they had provide him with the proof of purchase upon entry earlier. We are really disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and service of the restaurant and door attendant. We really hope the management of the hotel will look into the issue seriously, before it happens to other guests. Overall this is a a very unpleasant stay. Will not repeat again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and pwd friendly as well. It has a 7/11, cafeteria, salon, lake, park, medical and dental clinic. It is also near to some food parks, and hospitals. You might wanna stay here than explore KLCC as you will enjoy the place more than the very crowded places in KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.
