This is my first time here while the room wasn’t cleaned when I entered. I had no choice but to return to the lobby for a room change. Upon entering the new room, I was delighted to find the lights and air conditioning already on – it felt as if everything was prepared to welcome me. The bedding was fantastic! There were so incrediblely comfortable that I could hardly bring myself to get up. Yet I was eventually lured out of bed by the generous breakfast spread. Breakfast was delicious too, though I was puzzled when staff put away the extra onions I wanted more of – that was the only confusing moment. The strong water pressure in the shower made for a quick and refreshing bath. The only minor issue was a faint unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. I still recommend giving this place a try and will definitely come back! See ya!

Service is really bad. Receptionist is undermanpower. Long queues to check in and checkout. The front desk and operator oneconnect needs to hire more staff. 1

They gave a super queen size small room although I booked king size bed stayed this hotel 3times this time was a bad experience for me

My second time staying here. The location is very strategic, just a short walk from Bukit Bintang MRT. The room is clean and fairly spacious. Service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out process is quick and easy.

This hotel is super convenient. It’s within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion, and even TRX, making it really easy to get around the city. The room is clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread has plenty of variety. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a central and comfortable place to stay in KL!

Corner twin rooms quite warm even after technicians helped us with settings. Stayed here few times but this round the toilet is not as clean.

Nice location. Nearby Monorail station and MRT station. Nice breakfast. Facilities have large gym room and great swimming pool.

Good location, just right off Bukit Bintang, opposite Sungei Wang plaza. Room is modern, comfortable, small for 2 persons. Bathroom is at the back facing roadside, with bright lights from plaza. There are 2 wings, the lower block is a long walk thru a very nicely decorated corridor, but too long and narrow to walk. Swimming pool and gym is small, more for a leisure workout. Breakfast is great, though choice is not that great. Checking in takes a while, as only 1 staff available.

Check in was painful. Our room wasn’t ready even at 4pm 🤦♀️. However, we were glad that the room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Location is great. Located right next to Lot 10, the food streets and popular McDonald's walking traffic junction are just a few mins walk away. My room was facing Berjaya Times Sq and Sungei Wang. These 2 malls looked like they are still in the 90s era, old and nothing great to walk about. You can also see the Merdaka 118 from room. Lot 10 has a huge Donki, basement food court is not bad and has Isetan where many ppl were drinking inside the supermarket. Hotel is also walkable to the latest mall TRX if you know how to walk the small roads, can also walk to the train station next to Lot 10. Hotel staff were kind and friendly, lovely lounge to relax at in the evening. Negative experience: 1. The bathroom sewage smell a little strong 2. I think there's a nearby club, the bass was still thumping past midnight.

excellent location in the heart of lot 10. view from my hotel room window. staff are very attentive. buffet breakfast 10 out of 10. pool area 6th floor a little heaven above the crowd city. hotel building starts to show its age ,with worn down interior .unfortunately, we encounter a broken toilet in our room , report to frontdesk, and relocate to another room. overall,, a good experience.

Worth the value, food is good , bar is excellent with live singng, room is clean, acess to public transsport is excellent tooo.

It’s my first time staying at Parkroyal collection hotel Kuala Lumpur. I usually never review any hotels that I stayed, but this is the exceptional due to I had quite high expectations for this hotel as the location is superb and its rated as a five star hotel. But I can say my stay is more disappointed and I wouldn’t come back for my second stay. Firstly when we get our room it is located on the 4th floor. Entering the room can smell very humid mouldy smell and what the most disgusting is the stain on the dustbin and carpets. Which I think it’s not acceptable for a five star hotel not to have a very basic hygiene for the rooms. Then I called the operator and they asked to go back to the reception for room exchange. We showed them the picture as a proof. They then upgraded us to better rooms which is on the 15th floor. Room was much more spacious and not carpet flooring which is good. But for the hygiene of the room is really poor. 1) The side table beside the bed is full of dust, even in the toilet basin area as well it’s full of dust. While blowing my hair I can see there are dust keep flowing in the air which I can see due to the yellow lighting. 2) The water pressure are way lower and the shower holder is very loose until we need to push the shower head sticking to the wall so it won’t fall while we bathe. 3) For the toilet door handle, as you can see in the picture. Will make you feel, oh this is what you called five star hotel?? Just a simple door handle installation is not handled with care.May I know where is the quality of this hotel?? 4) For the tissue box, as you can see it’s dirty and with dust, and most important inside the tissue box is less than 10pcs of tissue paper. Are you kidding me?? How is the housekeeping clean and did not check thoroughly what needed to be refill??? Due to its late night when I discovered this matter so I didn’t call the housekeeping for the tissue paper. 5)Pillow case have some stain. 6)Didn’t manage to snap a picture of the ironing board, it’s dirty and old for the ironing board. Shud at least change a new cover. Hygiene is very important to me.It’s my first time staying at a five star hotel that is very dusty everywhere.For the price of the hotel room it’s not too cheap and not too pricey but really disappointing as it’s a five star hotel. For the breakfast is consider very good. As it have more options for vegetarian diners. And as a hotel guest the parking rate is great too in Bukit Bintang area. Hopefully this hotel will have more improvements on room cleanliness and hygiene.
