Got a different room with the one showing in the page before we make booking on Trip.com (the one they gave me is SUPER SMALL). nicely complained to the front-desk staff, the reaction is very unhappy, no smile, all just unfriendly expression. After waiting 15 minutes, they asked me to go to another room, with their cleaning staff to check whether this new room is already same with I booked. I walked with the staff, bringing all my luggage and no one is helping (they asked me to leave the baggage but i brought some of the important documents in the bag, and also i was thinking that this new room is already correct, so im brining my luggage and hope i can go inside the room once its already matched with the photo) but no, after i agree to move to this room, i need to bring all my luggages and bag to receptionist and bring it back again once they finished to register my new checkin process, and yes, no one is offering help for my luggage)
The room is also very dirty, lots of dust in the bottom of the bed, marked in the sofa.
As for the location, this actually nice. But for the service, and room is totally 1/10. I hope they can improve.
