The room was beautifully decorated with a modern, minimalist design that felt both welcoming and calming. The room also came with thoughtful amenities like a well-stocked minibar, a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the room was everything I hoped for: spacious, functional, and incredibly cozy. It provided the perfect balance between comfort and practicality, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The building has renovated and now suit for 4 star hotel. The staff here not that friendly and maybe i am disturbing them chatting. For room, quite spacious and lots shop in the shopping mall.

The hotel room is very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent. It looks high-end, and the lobby is very comfortable. The location is convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making it easy to shop and dine. The breakfast is average, nothing special, but decent enough. The only downside is that the car park requires a fee, which might be inconvenient for those driving. Overall, it was a good experience with the hotel, and I would consider staying here again.

Very good environment with their renovated room. Booked with special discounted rate and when arrived got surprised with welcome message and chocolate and complimentary hi-tea and supper voucher too. Thank you for the great hospitality !

The hotel has improved tremendously since the last time I was there. It was a pleasant stay, albeit just for a night. Highly recommended.

Newly refurbished pleasant room. TV comes with Google TV and many live TV channels and Apps TV. The parking was flat rate of RM5 per day for multiple entries. Restaurants, fast food chains and 2 hypermarkets are within the hotel complex. Detox water is available at lobby.

Nice hotel. Convenient too since there are 2 malls around. Newly upgraded hotel so the facilities and rooms are nice and clean. Rooms are spacious too

Really disappointed with this hotel. Outlook is good n nice , but the room very old , the TV very blur, can’t watch any program . The room smelly. It really can’t reach 4 star hotel.

Basement carpark is usually full during the day. Enter using TnG and validate your TnG card before going out at the lobby counter. Carpark is free for hotel guests. Breakfast has quite a variety of choices starts at 6.30am. I have chosen family room for 4 persons, it has adjoining bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other room with 2 single beds. Overall hotel stay was very memorable. For dinner we just need to go to ground or 1st floor from hotel lift and it connects to the Pearl Mall. Very convenient for travellers who doesn't want to go out in traffic jam for their dinner.

The location is good. The hotel sits atop a shopping mall, and the mall is linked to another mall across the road via a link bridge. Each mall is home to a supermarket and several eateries (limited shopping, for people used to mega malls). Along the side streets are more dining options. The hotel room was big and clean, but in need of renewal/renovations. Mould has darkened some grouting in the bathroom, and laminate/wood features are peeling off/cracked. The room furnishings need to be changed/updated too. The Wifi, which is not private, was spotty at best. The reception for the TV was poor, so the screen flickered and images became fuzzy. Aircon wasn't working properly, so the room was a little stuffy.
