Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Splendid stay in Furama, i will be back again for longer stay. Location is superb, there’s a lot of mamak stall opposite the Hotel and Mini shops just around the corner too.

No water bottle in the room and need to get from water dispensers. The wifi is not working well.

I have been staying in this hotel for more than 6 times due to good location to lala port. There are always some issues due to most guests are Indian nationals making lots of noise, guys staring at you and rowdy. Hotel management should put up notice to ensure them not to talk loudly and shouting banging doors outside the rooms. Self check out machines are faulty and only 1 stuff at lobby during peak check out timing wasting 15mins to check out. Executive room is large but have stains on sofa in different rooms, furniture need a change, it's old. All in improvement need to be made and those Indian guest need to keep the volume low! It's annoying while sleeping at wee hrs woken up by these people. Huge safely risk walking from time sq to hotel without pathways nothing is done since many yrs ago. All in all, Indian rowdy guests and furniture updates is essential and pathway to the hotel.

The location is nice. The room is considered spacious. We booked a room for 3 ppl and once we got the room no extra bed is ready in the room yet. View: is partially able to see twins tower. Breakfast: the variety of choice is not bad. But the cleanliness is weak. They provide 2 coffee machines there, from 1 machine the coffee smell is like cockroach smell. Beside that I can see many guests and most the time I would say crowds. Breakfast time, the lifts are super busy. They have express check out which is quite nice.

Very recommended.I got a spacious and clean room.They provide complete amenities for my use.Easy access to other facilities such as lalaport mall and berjaya times square.

Good location. Close to the most important spot of the city. Near to lalapot mall and the subway station. Service is fine. Room is big. Comfortable. Breakfast not really good but not bad.
