Locstion is excellent. We add on Breakfast for RM28 per pax only so worth it. The only downside is the room looks and feel a bit outdated with the design etc. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything you need. Great variety at breakfast and very delicious. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Dorsett Hotel KL and had a great experience. The place has a luxurious feel with stylish, modern decor. I especially loved the minimalist design of the toilet — very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and elegant stay. Highly recommended!

We bought the room thru both trip.com & agoda for two family suite 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. However during checked in at Hotel reception, we were being informed that our room booked was at Dorsett Apartment next door, not Dorsett Hotel at main building. it was very confusing for guest who is making their first reservation with the Hotel. In the end we have to top up RM900 for 4 rooms in order to move back to Dorsett Hotel main building. We should have been given a complimentary switch of the rooms instead of paying additional 😞 😓 😩 😤 😡 😠

location is good, no far from the pavillion bukit bintang...room is clean...breakfast also many choice...

Good location , near bukit bintang.This is the 1st time we stay here,the room size is big but the fridge is dirty n the hair dryer is spoilt. After feedback, they provide fast n gd service, arrange a technician person to check thru n change for us. 1st night no providing hand towel due some issue, lucky was replace on next day.The only things I hope can upgrade was the room slipper, is too thin n not easy to walk with.we love the breakfast, especially the Danish Pastry was baked on the spot, fresh n crispy.

Without a doubt, I'm gonna claim that this hotel is epic! I've chosen Dorsett Hotel because it's closest distance from Bukit Bintang especially Pavilion Mall. Although it's an old hotel but the facilities was very good. Welcomed with a nice staff, very smooth & fast checked in. Continued with the hotel room I've got, surprisingly great. The room is very spacious especially for those whose travelling with kid. I've got the 19th floor room & the view in my hotel room was quite nice. My daughter really love & enjoy the hotel room. Yet the bathroom was very clean, bright & fully renovated. This hotel doesn't provide the everyday's mineral water but it has a drinking filtered water system that's normally had by the five stars hotels. For the restaurant, I can say it's quite old, a little bit dark. I think it's much more better when the hotel change the lighting to be more brighter & modern look. The breakfast menus are not many but all fresh, delicious & served very well especially for the beverage, the authentic milk tea is a must have item everyday, served hot & you can drink as much as you want. Overall, really love this hotel & I will stay in this hotel again when visiting KL again. Highly recommended!

Very upset with the stay this time, pool close , water supply outage without inform and update,call to front desk they have no idea how to settle issue .. when back hotel at night apply my make up remover on just notice no water and keep seek for help then only front desk only ask ppl send a pail of water (use oil pail) not professional at all And there’s no hot water since night till next day afternoon, room carpet is old with smell

Nice location with great breakfast! It’s in between pavilion mall and TRX mall. Nice view from TRX to the hotel

Didn't know the hotel is spilt into Hotel and Residential. Although it's just next building(2mins walk). Overall ok stay for family of 4. We chose 2 bedroom. Carpark is not complimentary. The bedroom are clean. Breakfast is really quite good. Walking distance to Pavilion and TRX Shopping mall.

Great stay here. Friendly staff and in the heart of bukit bintang. Some rooms were directly facing another building, so opt for unblocked view if you are particular.

Hotel in an excellent location, city center. Hotel is a bit outdated for a 5 star hotel. Room was comfortable and large.

Near to TRX, approximately 10mins walking distance. A lots of restaurant within vicinity. Overall a pleasant stay. The only comment is about the yellowish stain bedsheet. Hope that this issue can be improved.

Prem and Mageh checked me in and out of the hotel. They are excellent staffs, treated me very well during my stay. Hotel was clean and tidy. 10/10 recommended!
