Denne konge Lanai er tæt på parkering, reception på 4. sal, du kan bruge ekspreselevatoren og du behøver ikke vente længe på elevatoren

Beliggenheden er god, udsigten er smuk, men værelset er meget ildelugtende. Sengen og sengetøjet anbefales ikke. Det er sidste gang at bo her.

Upper View Regalia Hotel, located at No. 2, Jalan Anjung Putra, offers a central location in Kuala Lumpur, providing easy access to the city’s attractions. However, the overall experience falls short in several areas. While the staff is friendly and provides clear instructions, the hotel’s cleanliness and facilities are disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant odor, dirty carpets, and a bed positioned away from the window, making it impossible to enjoy the promised city view. Basic amenities are available, but they don’t justify the price. The breakfast, however, was a redeeming factor, offering a decent buffet selection. Unfortunately, given the subpar cleanliness, room condition, and overall value for money, this hotel may not be the best choice for a comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

If you want to get a normal hotel at cheapest rate then you can visit this hotel. Otherwise amenities not as per expectation. No proper services

Booked their mostly expensive room which called "Executive Skyline", but found intercom, geyser & some washroom fittings are unserviceable. Air conditioning was also not working properly & water coming out from the vent. Although they've changed the room after the request, but one of the receptionist (maybe the lady manager) is not friendly & not so co-operative. Need to improve their hospitality & need to reinnovate rooms also with lift.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax. The floor was filthy, with visible dirt and grime that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. To make matters worse, there were ants everywhere—crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, and even near the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn't wait to leave and would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Room was big but cleanliness not so good, can saw there is mold and the floor was sticky. The swimming pool was currently closed because of the weather is not so good.

Stay is average only . Kitchen accessories is not working .WiFi is not working most of the time .Location is not good .Don’t use swimming pool because water quality very worse .

if you dont avoid at all cost, then you will experience these.
basically the apartment room looks like 1 star hotel. moldy smell and not well-maintained. no hanger in bathroom, no hair dryer, looks dirty, 2 toothbrush for 4 person stay. definitely not a 4-star. WORSE than budget hotel (HONESTLY). only spacious and the city view is good, that's all.
have to pay for parking also, first hotel that doesn't provide parking so far from what I have stayed before. no signboard, no instruction on parking when you reach, then you go into the tng parking which charge u rm3.3 for 1st hr, rm1.65 for the following hrs. then only you see a small board at reception saying that hotel parking at rm20/day after you asked receptionist, then you can't find where is the parking as receptionist doesn't explain well that you have to buy from their side. Then you follow the road with tons of holes and see an entrance, the security will block you from entering as you don't have access card for parking. then you know... then the security will guide you into Msia trick.
the lifts..... everyone were shaking their head and laugh in the lift, only 4 lifts for 30+storey hotel, slow, 1 under maintenance, the other one was blocked by maintenance signboard but when the door open, many ppl inside, push their way out from the lift due to this obstacle. then night time, went into another lift, all buttons not working, sent everyone to 35th floor out of sudden, then all have to wait another round to go down again.
power trip at least 5 times a day. also very limited power socket. some lightbulbs not working, dirty curtain, dirty wardrobe.
breakfast not worth it, very little choice and some tasted 🤢 (e.g very salty scrambled egg), porridge still not bad, the rest...
no staff is smiling, nobody greet nobody cares, even the staff in the lift was not helping guest to press the 'open' button when he is the closest to the buttons, causing a lady knocked hard by the doors.
Rather spend more for a better hotel elsewhere. tbh the hotel management need to improve alot, if only there is one. also, please change the '4-star' in google stop misleading people.
my personal opinion on the 2 bedroom apartment of this hotel. not sure bout other room type. but i guess.... overall only disappointment.

Got alley for car park in front the lobby. However building management block the alley. Totally nonsense. Please upgrade..
