This is one of the hotels I frequently return to, and the service is consistently excellent and thoughtful. When I requested some detergent in the middle of the night to clean my baby’s milk bottles, the front desk went out of their way to help—even though the hotel didn’t normally provide such items. They found a solution and thoughtfully gave me a small bottle clearly labeled as dishwashing liquid. I was truly touched by their effort and care. This wonderful hotel is absolutely worth recommending! The night view is stunning, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. It’s definitely one of the must-stay 5-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur!

The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering an abundance of delicious options that catered to all tastes, making mornings something to look forward to. And then there’s the breathtaking view of the Twin Towers—absolutely unbeatable. Waking up to that iconic skyline was the cherry on top of an already flawless stay. If you’re looking for true 5-star hospitality with world-class service, dining, and views, the Grand Hyatt delivers in every way. Highly recommended!

PROS: Spacious room, however the hotel is a little old great shower place CONS: Cleaning in the room lack details. there was some obvious dust on the ground and stayed there literally for 2 days. (pic attached)

Good location (close to Twin Towers). Big room and and wide varieties breakfast selection.

As alway , too notch hotel with excellent service. Very clean and centrally located. The breakfast buffet is among the best in KL

Best location to stay if you are attending any event at KL convention centre.  Everytime I attend any event in KL convention centre, this is my choice of hotel  View of KLCC from my room 👍👍👍

The hotel is centrally location near pavilion, rooms are clean food is good. Breakfast has a big menu. The only issue is the early check in is now not facilitated easily.

Been here with my wife. Expensive but also extraordinary. Worth it to do it once in a life. Especially to visit the Center auf KL

Not to bad, but service and amenities can be better. Overall wouldnt really recommend though.

Had a great staycation in the suite room facing the KLCC, room is huge and the service is wonderful. Club lounge access and breakfast is a great experience.

Splendid view and we all enjoy it very much !  Will come back here again for our next trip to KL.  Friendly stuff and nice food they serve .  Close to KLCC and Pavilion KL.

It's near KLCC, and there is a tunnel for you to walk to KLCC (which would take up to 10 mins depending on walking speed), and there is a bridge for you to walk to Pavilion too. However, going to the room & back to the ground floor is inconvenient. To get to the room you'd have to head up to the lobby at the uppermost floor and head to a different lift to head to the room. From there, if you wish to head back out to the malls or wherever, you would need to access it through the lobby (up again), and then take the other lift to head back to the ground floor. But overall, the room is clean and the hotel staffs are nice.
