The staff is friendly, bed is soft, water is warm, wifi is working from time to time, some small cockroaches in the bedroom

The place is well located in the Hartamas area… Near to restaurants and convenience stores… Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights… If you have extra money, u can book other hotels… This hotel is for those who really budget… Basically… I can label it as OK hotel…

It is a convenient located motel and affordable at the same time. However, I would like to point out that your lift needs to be fixed, 5 months ago, it wasn't working, 5 months after, same not working. No funds for the repair?

Perfect location. Easily accessible to eateries and shops by foot from the hotel. Value for money for a budget hotel.

Am really have doubt staying after check in as not only interior but everything looks run down as pictures shown . The lift was out of order , sighting lots of cigarettes butts while guests using stairs walk up to 3rd floor . On top of that , creepy toilet light and unpleasant smell inside toilet and room . Actually dusty & smoking smell while walking up the stairs too !!!!

*************, I had a good experience staying 3 nights here (considering its affordable rate). Reading all the reviews was really helpful to set our expectation & prepare some stuffs that we need i.e., extension cord with universal sockets, hair drier, personal hygiene products (only soap available), etc. Don't expect any electric kettle/cups/tea, shampoo, the hotel don't provide this. Cleanliness: good for its class, I didn't see any cockroaches. The AC, water heater, flush worked fine. Although, I saw some minor leaks on the bidet & AC but were manageable. LIFT DIDN'T WORK, they have 3 floors, so be prepared. There's a strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors and everywhere😁

Request refund for wrong booking date but totally no reply! I have rebooking the actual date I want! But the refund still no reply😡

Booked a double room but got triple room. The traffic was bad on Saturday night. Parking also not easy to find. So if you’re driving, be mindful of your arrival time. Check-in and check-out was easy. Lift was out of order so have to take the stairs up to the second floor. Room was okay for the price. I though the room was non smoking. Somehow got ashtray inside. So got smell of cigarettes. Water pressure was so bad. Got leaking pipe also in the bathroom.

Had a good experience it is a nice hotel and have a good stay during working in kuala lumpur, will stay for next trip.

Doesnt suits the name. Book for two adult. But only get one towel. Book urself a room and experiences the poorness

very good and nice hotel very good location indeed. close to get anywhere especially city centre. the price for the room is reasonable
