Good location in China Town off the bustling Petaling Street. The check in is smooth. The dorm is very basic but with A/C. Wifi was good. The cleanliness of the whole place needs some improvement but is not very bad (based on my expectation). At the time of my stay, most guests seemed to be long-stay. If you are looking for a place to crash in short distance from KL Sentral, this is a good place. If you are looking for a typical hostel vibe, this is not the place.

the aircon was broken and they ask me to bear with it, I request a change of room as its their fault that their aircon is not repaired he say there will be extra charges. there were rats everywhere

Not good and hygienic

到店之後，我報出了東方平台是攜程，商家用了好一些時間都沒有辦法找出我的訂房資料，最後才在另一個知名平台Bxxking.com找到了我的訂房資料。我所定的房型也沒有了，強制的被換了另一種房型。從6人間換到了12人間，第一個問題就是房間很不通風，空調不製冷，隔着口罩依然可以聞到空氣中瀰漫的一股謎之氣味。房間看起來衞生是真的在水平線下。唯一最大的好處就是比鄰著名的唐人街印度廟，可惜廟在裝修，進不了香… 另外，旅館的地點的確是在一個很方便的地標，大約有三個不同系統的輕快鐵和火車站都能在十分鐘內步行抵達，附近也有非常多美食！想要嘗試另類體驗的絕佳選擇！

l booked Razzys, guest house at Kuala lumper for for days i. e from 30.03.2025 to03. 04.2025.On reaching guest house, it was found that the said guest house has been closed for the last 2-3 months. We faced great inconvenience and wasted time for searching accomodation I intimated the position on your what's app number. But no satisfactory reply was received. I requested for refund of advance. further, yesterday we sent make my trip gurugram, request through registered post to refund the advance along with compensation for harassment and for wasting our time. This hotel is a fraud, don't book here. They haven't given me a room even after my booking. No one else should book at this hotel

Actually speaking this hotel is very terrible and no cleanliness, worst hotel which i have ever booked in my life. No proper people for the checkin and took long time. I don't have image

I didn't check in. This guest house is closed. But the makemytrip are still booking. This has wasted a lot of my time, loss of money due to coming from far away and has caused mental distress. As an urgency i didn't check the reviews because i believed makemytrip. I want compensation. Otherwise there is no option but to go to court.

You deceived me. Raizzy's guest house said they received no information from your end and no room was allotted for me. Refund my money as soon as possible unless i will take legal steps against you.

so many pictures of this hotels fecilities, while seeing am very happy. Becouse the pictures are very nice. When i reached here the fecilities are utterly difference. Very poor no ac, no fan, no electricity and there have lots of rat and insterts. So we don't stay there so i look to make cancel. But no way to cancel very poor. So i humbly request you to give me the refund to my account.

We had done your hotel booking but you did not give us any solution and you also received the payment from us, hence we are absolutely angry with you.
