VERY good location and convenience for family trip .Just a few walk to shopping center and 24 hours convenience stall nearby.

We booked a total of 4 rooms ( two twin and two double). Hotel arranged for 2 connecting rooms and for all the rooms to be on the same floor. Love that they took the initiative to do this. Check in was fast and hassle free. Hotel service is excellent and room is big compared to another hotel within the same mall.

Perfect stay at this hotel. It feels like I want to stay longer in my room. Strategic location with access to the Mid Vally & Garden’s Mall. 5 star because there’s a lot of free movies installed in each room. Excellent as we can watch movie till midnight.

The location is unbeatable, right in Mid Valley Megamall, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The direct access to the mall was a huge plus! Despite being in a bustling area, my room was quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The facilities were top-notch—the gym was well-maintained, and the pool offered a refreshing break after a long day out. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a great variety of local and international options. My first time at St Giles Boulevard and everything had been impeccablly smooth from check in, my 2 nights stay, and check out. Bedroom was really comfy and it had all I needed! I'm looking forward to staying here again when I'm back in KL the next time. Thank you!

Location room size fantastic! Cleanliness a little off …..used the bath rob to realize it was quite dusty and with long hair stuck on it…. Also, very disappointed to find a mosquito the room…..

Very good hotel. Strategic location. I got free upgrade to premium room got bathub and more spacious. I was extended my stays and they still maintain the upgraded room. Will repeat. Breakfast was superb.

We choose this hotel every business trip because nearby hotels have shopping mall and public transportation, very convenience and staff very friendly Hotel price are reasonable, be a member and booking room will get complimentary drinks (coffee or tea)
