Location: In front of mall (sunway putra mall), easy access to mall, train. Reception: during peak hours they open many counters, so you don't have to wait long in queue. Room: spacious, clean and neat, love the pillow, well functioning aircond. Bathroom & toilet: clean and neat, bathtub not functioning well, shower room (water heater not function too).

✅ Location strategic: walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall&Hotel, LRT & MRT Station ✅ Parking fees; Rm5/ entry (as hotel guest) ✅ Welcome drink available ✅ Basic amenities available ✅ Room: Spacious, clean, comfort. Air-cond functioning well, water pressure okay but ONLY WATER HEATER NOT PROPERLLY FUNCTION. (Credit to attandance Radna: tq for make the room cleanliness and tidy as you are 👍🏻) 50 - 50 (my opinion) - BREAKFAST BUFFET: topup More varieties choices. - MANAGEMENT for Team breakfast: To create more systematic arrangement, assign more staff especially in holiday season so guests no need to wait long time in crowded space and we also no need strugle by ourself to find table for breakfast.

I got early check in at around 1pm. Overall good. Facillies a bit old, tv got black screen. Toilet a bit loud. Maybe can refurbish? Near to mall. Parking flat rate rm5.

Arrived @230pm and the checkin was smooth. They collected deposit rm100. Luckily got parking @basement as it was fully occupied. Got room on 12th floor which is nice. Walking distance to mamak restaurant from the hotel. U can choose grabfood also for other option.

Just have a night with friends. Hospitality is 10/10 with good room, location was great as we only walked to Sunway Putra to find more foods.
