Got ants in the room. Toilet exhaust fan falling off half way. Have to buy drinking water from their in-house mini mart. Deposit RM200 by card will be returned within a month.

I booked for my friends this time, and they loved it too. The location is ideal—close to everything yet quiet. The unit was clean and well-maintained, just like my previous stays. Plus, the support team was super helpful over the phone whenever we needed anything. Ceylonz Suites never disappoints—highly recommend for a comfy, hassle-free stay! Can’t wait to come back. 😊

This is our 2nd stay in Ceylonz. The room comes with a kitchen and complete with all the necessities which is great for us to heat up some food. A great view of the Merdeka tower as well. The staff’s response also helpful and fast when we complained about a broken bidet in the bathroom. They have it fixed right away. Definitely will return again next time 🥰

Terrible Experience - Avoid booking from This Agent Roam! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel and its management. The host was utterly irresponsible and failed to provide even the most basic amenities. Despite booking the hotel for 4 people, they didn’t provide enough towels for everyone. To make matters worse, there were no towels available at the swimming pool either. When I tried to reach out to the host to address these issues, they completely ignored my messages and gave no valid explanation for their shortcomings. Even early in the morning, the security staff informed us there were no towels available. The lack of communication and service was frustrating and unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant stay. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and booking with this agent. Save your time, money, and peace of mind!

The infinity pool is the best, especially with KL's sticky weather. It's a bargain at this price range. The pool bar is handy for that drink with reasonable prices for the location. We had an executive room with kitchen so perfect for 3 days . The bathroom is good but no hooks for clothes or bath towels which seems strange. Not sure about ceramic soap dispensers with tiled shower floor The kitchen is nicely fitted but you need to go down on your knees to use the microwave. The room is not cleaned or towels changed in a 3 night stay. Checking in is no problem with helpful staff, but if you are a foreigner the Google refund form is a bad joke. Form requires bank IBAN & swift code. Despite the unnecessary niggles would stay here again

This room was big. Just for one night not bad. More than one night they say change towels but didn’t luckily I had 2. Wouldn’t stay here

Good value for money

the place was nice and nice city view.. but got a tiny cockroach in the kitchen cabinet but its not a problem . no worries .. overall its a nice place and i used the wash machine too plus the kitchen✌🏻✌🏻 suprisingly when we enter the room the room was cold 🥶🥶🥶 Its Nice place to stay

Pleasant stay. Everything's okay. One more to add up. 1 Lift under maintenance and i suggest to checked out early to avoid waiting too long.

Very worst experience home stay ! During midnight have tenant argument but totally no guard or management to take action over it !!!! It’s make me feel very miserable can’t even have a good rest !!! when I prepare to check out only realize the front desk was totally no staff to assist it ?????? It take one of the guard to guide us how to process the checkout what a joke !!!

nice view from your room. its very comfy. neat. i love the room very much because its really comfy if you’re coming for honeymoon also okay
