Good location , clean rooms and good amenities. Slept very well. Giant water filter in room assume it was coffee machine. But was water filter for hot and cold.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. I especially appreciated the filtered water dispenser in the room. Highly recommended!

Near to icc pudu… and mid valley. However far away from the city center. Nice place and will stay again…

I really love their bed, it was so safe the moment you sleep in, although feel scared at first whether the quality of the bed will affect my sleep as i am a insomia person not being picky about bed but i sleep many 1 star to 5 star places not much of the bed has make me clock in deep sleep for long but this hotel really impressed me. Also the neigbourhood isn't my ideal or make me feel good to sleep but the moment you stop going out the room with many days straight request with do not disturb sign and just purely resting in bed, the secure of rest came in due to their good quality bed and duvet, i never sleep well for about more than a month and suffer huge stress anxiety panicking and unable to recover from chronic cough due to flu yet this bed is so comfortable till i sleep with my dried throat without waking up coughing in the middle of the night that i cure my sickness suddenly due to their good quality bed, unbelievable!! I now know why so many people choose here, it is safe, quiet, clean and good quality rest bed for people who really need to sleep and rest. Not to forget to mention their bathroom shower pressure and cleanliness so good after a rest you can feel so clean. All my neighbour came in for a while talking after they settle in after check in, i heard no voice at all after a while which i believe the bed so comfortable that they all go to rest. All of them, almost everyone i seldom see them at night which the bed is so comfortable that everyone mostly rest in their room. Can you imagine after a while of hearing people check in talking they start to settle in you never hear anymore noises which i believe when they started to use their bed everyone all go to sleep very well. Really love here. Believe me i stay here so many days that i extend day by day due to feeling ill from my stomach cramp and chronic cough from flu, this is what i experience throughout my stay, i am healed from their bed sleep! I think i hear no guest or neighbour talking after they settle into the room, why? Because the bed and room very comfortable. This is what a qualif 4/5 star hotel/residence should be. I will rate this 10/10. I really very grateful their good bed healed my Stomach cramp for days i suffer and let my immunity increased after a good sleep. Thank you so much mercure. The staff were very kind and patient too throughout my stay.

Overall exprince at this hotel is good but value for money. Facilites is very limited and need be improve futher. Breakfast choice is not so much variety.

This is a nice and cozy hotel. Many eating places around. Bed was comfortable, they provide 2 types of pillow, a softer type and a letax type for you to choose and I just lover the latex one. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall this mercure Shaw parade is really good stay . Price also very competitive compare to the areas

Stayed on 26.01.2025 for 1 night and I would say it’s a very excellent hotel for the following reasons : 1. Hotel service very accommodating to my request for early check in 2. Location is very near and convenient to major shopping malls like Berjaya Times Square, Lalaport, Pavilion and etc. 3. The room is great as there’s a minibar, water dispenser with hot water (very convenient) and lots of tv channels to choose from. The water pressure from the shower is also strong. 4. Nice night view from the swimming pool. Enjoyed my pizza from the pool bar while enjoying the beautiful KL night scene. 5. There’s a variety of food to choose from the buffet breakfast and the price is definitely value for money Very highly recommended and would definitely come back if I have the time.

Nicely located near to Times Square. Might be hard to navigate the area to get to the nearby shopping malls by foot but easy to get a grab.

Pleasant stay for my short business trip in kl. great location. Only have a little bit of the carpet smell in the room, and can be a little noisy from the cars or motors during the night. Other than that, I’d say it was a truly great stay!

Location is soso, u need to take grab or taxi, quite a walking distance to the city center.

Room is clean and spacious. Best feature is the water dispenser with both hot and cold water which makes water refill so easy. Bathroom has basic amenities and the shower head has a comfortable water pressure. Reception and security staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, a short walk to Berjaya Times Square, although need to dash across the busy road. Overall a satisfactory stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap and lotion are all provided. It even provides a complimentary mini bar which will be replenished everyday! Not forgetting to mention the availability of a water dispenser in the room! Very convenient, very comfortable and definitely will stay again!
