Agent is not responsible, after I park the car, I try to call the agent to find the lift, she can't give me clearly instruction and end up my call. After Im in the Airbnb,she just text me turn around to find, actually I'm at the carpark already 30minutes, and her text tone is very bad, didn't have any excuse and sorry , feel very bad to this agent The TV also cannot function

The studio is very spacious. Located in a residential area with 2 malls (Eko Cheras Mall & Cheras Leisure Mall) and the MRT station nearby so there are a lot of dining and shopping options.

Everything in the room was perfect the hyigene, furniture, kitchen and the view from the balcony was incredible. i have booked it again for my last ten days ill spend in malysia.

It was a barely maintained as few things happen during the stay. Check in: it was done at one of the Starbucks out side the shopping mall. There’s no property counter for check In or seating area. Several inconvenience occur : 1. Key broken on the second day going out the apartment, kind that it’s a 60 years old woman who hold the key how strong would that strength needed to break a key. Can’t imagine if a man do It. 2. Hair dryer is not functioning during the night after shower. 3. The air filter doesn’t work. 4. The fridge can’t frost a cup of ice as it remain Water the best morning. 5. There is not house keeping service at all. With this rate charged a few hundred a night, I would have expected more comfortable and convenience stay. Would NOT recommend to anyone who want a ease and no hassle travel. Cuz you almost need to ask for everything when you are inside. No breakfast nothing. The only okie point was the facilities ( pools and gym) and high floor scenery for dawn and day break. It was a sight. The hotel. Nah.

環境設施都不錯，就是入住完全沒有中文服務，攜程上也沒註明要自己取鑰匙，也沒説要密碼，如果不是認識華人朋友幫打電話問酒店老闆（全程馬來語），根本沒辦法入住，保安也不知道鑰匙密碼……這個應該寫在訂單上啊，不然誰知道，真是無語了。不懂英語的勸退
