Opus Residences by Opus Hospitality

I just feel like this has a spa resort feeling for me but is actually better than that. Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Scroll through some comment section and see european guest stay excellent comment and decide to book it here for a try for most of them have great taste with regards in life so i just book out of curious and it just surprise me with so many great qualities. It is just a safe heaven for me to throughly sleep well over here. The building of this unit is real house, great sound proofing and very spacious unit. Really enjoy.

Had a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.

Room is clean and value of money. Unfortunately, The swimming pool is dirty, with visible rubbish floating in the water, clearly showing a lack of maintenance. While the place is suitable for staying, it falls short for leisure due to poorly maintained facilities.

The management accuse and force me to responsible for the defect (stain by iron). The defect I notice on the night I stay. I have reported to counter during check out and now they put the blame as I am the last tenant.

Normally if I travel with my families.. Sure Opus is my first choice..

Super spacious apartment. The location of the hotel right by train. Super pool with the view of city and the second tallest building in the world.

2nd time here with bad experience with the management

The overall experience was good, however the service can be improved.

The hotel is nice, the room we had it was at the residence. Around 65 m. Floor 11. You can enjoy the noisy cars all the night and day. I believe the windows don’t isolate the noise very good. The gym close at 10.00 pm… and if you want to leave your luggage for couple of hours after you check out you have to pay… they give you one key per room, even if you are 2 people in the room they don’t care… you need the key to access the elevator, the supermarket, the gym, the hotel during the night (the reception is close). So, if your have a problem during the night there is a 24 hours telephone to call. The hotel is ok, but the fact of not giving you a key per person or to be able to leave the luggage for 2 hours at no cost… these things make me think this is not a great place to be back.
