The views of the Petrona Twin Towers were the best thing of the the whole apartment. The room was clean and, overall, the experience was okay. But you need to know some things before booking: 1. You have to take out your own garbage. Every floor has a rubbish room. 2. It's not really a hotel, so nobody will make the room for you or change your towels. 3. There are two pools in total: one in the eight floor and another one in the 48th floor. You have to pay for both of them for each entry you do. The lower pool is cheaper than the infinite one.

The views are amazing but in terms of cleanliness the place can do better. Check in was smooth but The front desk is not so organised. There isn’t a lot of place for waiting and a lot of people loitering around. Security is good and they are charging extra 30 ringgits just to enter the pool area or to take pictures. Place did not look like pictures. Only best thing is the view from the room

Hotel is ok for price but reception is not 24hr services . If you go swimming pools, need to give extra and expensive.

Clean and nice room! SHOCKED THAT WE HAD TO PAY 30MYR (~10 aud) to use the pool!!! Per person- per entry!! Not nice!!! We just used it once!! Check other places before booking!!

**Review:** My experience at this homestay was quite disappointing. Despite being marketed as having various facilities, you have to pay RM 30 per person just to use them. This includes the sky pool, which you can't even step into without paying the fee. This was not communicated to us at the beginning, leading to poor communication and unexpected additional costs. The view from the homestay is mediocre at best, not living up to the expectations set by the promotional materials. Furthermore, the furniture is aging and in need of replacement, detracting from the overall comfort and aesthetics of the stay. Additionally, parking is an extra RM 20, which adds to the overall feeling of being nickel-and-dimed. Overall, I cannot recommend this homestay given the hidden fees, poor communication, and subpar facilities.

Very clean and tidy, perferct location for food hubting, nice view..will come again soon..
