Too many insects like cockroaches. But it’s really convenient place since it’s near to mrt

Nice budget hotel. affordable. U get what u pay. For this price. Nice view.

The Wi-Fi does not work in the room, it is only available at the reception, and the elevator does not work. My room was on the fourth floor and I had to change it to the second floor because of the stairs.

Hotel just ok. Staff ok and good to rest. Whila stay there the lift is broken.

I recently stayed for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in kl making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

It's very nice nice place except floor and I sleep and woke up something moving on my hand it's a big cockroach on my bed and bathroom so many small cockroach crawling on the wall and floor

The first time I arrived at the room, there’s “rotten apple full of ant”. Also, the bathroom was full with mold and smell like urine all the time even when I just check in the room. Last but not least, they did the construction in the early morning.its was very stressful when u wake up just to hear all the construction noises. But the location was very convenient because it’s near to the MRT sentul barat and just beside viva mini mall.

Its difficult to use the amenities such as towel. Towel is used to clean up our body. Even a single (small) light black mark after you wiped your body,, they will deduct from your deposit. This incident happend few month back. Now when i use the towel, just tap to dry wet body.

The room is not that clean its just like budget hotel but the lobby is very nice lots of foreigners working there and stay there . Sometimes sudenlly 2nd floor will get smoke

Lift was down, need to climb up 3 levels. When I entered the room, saw a small cockroach running around, after that saw another one. Stayed 2 nights but no make up room and top up drinking water. There was no toilet paper and need to ask from the receptionist. The soap dispenser was not working well, so opened up to check and it was black and mouldy inside.

Cleaned and good location hotel near to MRT, staff are very helpful and friendly, best nearby transport public service

Location is good very strategic place but the wifi is not good. Im on level 2 but the wifi keep gone and hard to connect. The aircond also have problem. The water from the aircond drop on the mattress.

I wmd8dnnot stay at this branch why still deduc5 after cancel in 20 mins

Not recommended, hotel infested with crockroaches.
